Very quiet and nice place to stay, free transfer from/to the terminal is provided. The hotel is very new and away from the crowded area. Every staff serves with smile. The food is good too.

It is a nice brand new hotel with very comfortable rooms surrounded by garden like landscape where you can walk or bike on a paved trail around a lake and the other green parks in this large resort. It would be nice to see some water sports on this calm and clear water lake. Breakfast is great! Lunch and dinner cuisines however should need some improvements. Good job Four Points!

The view was great. Mostly wooden floor so it isn't as dusty as those rooms that are fully carpeted. Furnishing and fixtures are relatively new. Toilet had some flies but it's expected due to the climate here. Our shower floor drain was clogged but the technicians cleared it and it was ok. Bring a good umbrella if you are walking to the shops/food establishment outside the resort as the sun can be extremely harsh.

I chose this hotel because it's relatively new. It was indeed new but the room condition is not recommendable due to strong moldy smell and dusts on the floor and shelves. I saw spider net at the corner of the room floor. Staff were friendly and nice but overall service is slow and less organized. Breakfast restaurant was not yet cleaned by the open time and staff were still cleaning the floor at 7am or later. Hope the operation and cleaning stansart will improve.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, very clean, and elegantly furnished, offering a stunning view of the beach. The hotel’s amenities, including the spa and restaurants, exceeded our expectations. El Lagoi Beach Club has an exceptional location at the beach and offers excellent food and drinks, more focussed on Western cuisine. Ararinda Lounge offers great bakery items for a snack in between. Rempah Kitchen offers a Breakfast that was a daily highlight, with an array of delicious options to suit everyone’s taste. For lunch and dinner we enjoyed the diverse buffet experience featuring Indonesian cuisine in rotating, regional food stalls. This is a MUST try! The quality of service was outstanding at every place at this hotel. This goes for each and every one of the staff. We would like to give special recognition to Nova, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect while enjoying our meals at Rempah Kitchen. Her warm and welcoming demeanor, combined with her impeccable attention to detail, made the meals even more enjoyable. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. The entire hotel staff We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. We can't wait to return!
