The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated being so warmly welcomed, even though our arrival time was very late at night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent - close to many of the museums and art galleries, not too far from the city centre and within easy reach of the airport. Despite being newly opened, everything worked well. We dined in the restaurant at breakfast time - ordered from the a'la carte breakfast menu which was delicious and delivered quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will stay again and recommend it to anyone who is looking to visit Frankfurt either for a short or long stay.

This property will be a five-star experience… when it is finished. There are pros and cons to staying at a brand new property (they had been open for 3 months when we stayed). Our room was so clean we wondered if we were the first people to ever stay there. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was excellent, even as vegans we were spoiled for choice. However, there were a few missing details that I would chalk up to the property being so newly opened: the room had an oven but no pots and pans; the washer/dryer in the room was not plugged in; the air conditioning was so poor we had to sleep with our balcony door open; the rooftop wasn’t open yet. And the worst thing was the false advertising of having EV chargers on site. They WILL have EV chargers, but they are not operational yet. We chose this property because they advertised they had EV chargers on site. So that was a huge letdown. Overall, I think this property will be a great stay, but they are still ironing out some issues.

We were welcomed with big smiles, a glass of rosé, and a private tour of the entire hotel. Breakfast is a solid 10/10. We ended up extending our stay — which says it all. A special thanks to Ahmad for some of the best service I’ve experienced across many hotel stays.

Super friendly hotel staff. New hotel + facilities makes everything better. Free parking right outside the hotel. Hotel restaurant is still under construction or hosting an event when I visited and the closest restaurant is around a 10 minute walk away. The only small thing I found weird was that I cannot switch off the lights for only one side of the bed. Its either all on or all off so I had to walk in the dark when my partner was sleeping.
