Nice spacious rooms for families. Beautiful views and comfy beds. They run short on hot water and the bathroom smells like sewage.

The location was great. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were small but had good storage space.The bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness could be a little bit better but it was very inexpensive and right in the city center.

I gotta move out early 1 day because I couldn't sleep. Too noisy from the door door shutting and yelling from the room neighbors. The room is small. I guess you gotta get what you paid for. Will never come back.

My say at the nature, Hotel has been one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. Every aspect of the hotel is relaxing, i.e., the scenery, the furnishings interior decorating. It is also located near a number of excellent restaurants and around the corner from Crazy House which is a must say

The staff was very kind. We initially had two separate rooms. When we asked if we could have one large family room, the manager was very accommodating. We will definitely return to this hotel if we ever visit Da Lat again.

Only stayed 1 night. Wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. Pickleball court right outside the window so was load till late and no air-conditioning units in the hotel. 15 minute walk to centre market all downhill.

The hotel is beautiful and grand, featuring spacious, spotless, and fully-equipped rooms that actually exceeded my expectations compared to many other places I've stayed. What impressed me the most was the reception lobby, which is beautifully designed with lush greenery, creating a very natural and relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are excellent, including a breakfast buffet and a compact gym that is perfect for travelers looking for a basic workout. However, the biggest highlight has to be the reception team. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to give us detailed recommendations on the best sightseeing spots and authentic local eateries in Da Lat. Since I took a long-distance sleeper bus from Ho Chi Minh City and arrived quite exhausted, they were extremely flexible and helpful in arranging an early check-in for me so quickly without any long wait. I am completely satisfied with this experience and will definitely come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Experience at Nature Hotel Our stay at Nature Hotel exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, everything was wonderful. The hotel is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Thiên Thanh at the front desk. She is one of the friendliest and most professional hotel staff members we have ever met. Her positive attitude, genuine kindness, and willingness to help made every interaction a pleasure. Whether we needed directions, local recommendations, or assistance with transportation, she always took the time to help with a smile. It’s employees like Thiên Thanh who transform a good hotel into a truly memorable one. Her dedication to making guests feel welcome deserves special recognition. We travel frequently, and Nature Hotel has become one of our favorite places to stay in Đà Lạt. We sincerely appreciate the outstanding hospitality and look forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Very dirty in all public areas, sticky floor in dining room, dirty cutlery, staff handling food with their hands and coughing without any precautions over the food. Food warmers not turned on, so who knows how long was the food at room temperature. Room somewhat cleaner but again, floor not washed. Shower handle hanging with only one screw, sewer smell in toilet. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel features a spacious layout, beautiful design, spotlessly clean rooms, and excellent facilities. In particular, the front desk staff left a lasting impression with their friendly, polite, and professional service—every inquiry we had was addressed and resolved instantly. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, plus a small gym area as an added bonus for guests. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay and will definitely return on our next trips to Da Lat

My colleague and I were on a business trip here, and we chose this place to relax on our last day. Everything was nice, but what really made a difference was how friendly and professional the staff were. Special shoutout to Mr. Phuc at the front desk – you saved us more than once. Khách sạn gần trung tâm, gần nhiều điểm tham quan có thể đi bộ, cơ sở vật chất tốt, đi lại thuận tiện, sảnh lễ tân rất rộng và "nature". Nhân viên thân thiện, lịch sự và nhiệt tình trong việc giới thiệu các tiện ích xung quanh khách sạn hay lúc check-out. phòng rộng, thoáng sạch sẽ và đủ tiện nghi. ăn sáng đầy đủ. Nói chung hài lòng với tất cả và sẽ tiếp tục là lựa chọn của tôi vào đợt tới cùng gia đình

When I came to hotel, I had to wait 30 mins more for check in and then was informed that the room I booked was full. I was offered to take another one but it was so hot at daytime and the hotel runned out of fan.
