The place was terrible compared to price charged. The whole time of our stay the lifts were broken guests had to climb stairs to the top floors with suitcases very bad experience with someone with the mobility experience. Both toilets were broken with the main toilet not flushing. The hosts said they could not get a plumber to fix it. The place was not properly clean and the beds are very uncomfortable with an extremely old duvet which had a funny smell.

The building is not the one that they insinuate it is, that is the hotel it is next to which I found misleading. There are stains all over the walls, bed is really uncomfortable and found someone else’s hair on my pillowcase with random stains. The toilet does not flush properly. I will say it is in great location tho

Check in process required a deposit which I think is reasonable but 100 pounds minimum is insane and only with a days notice. I will say it is in great location.

A few quirks, like having to open the freezer door to open the dishwasher, the bathroom light also turning on (and off) the ensuite light, and a shower that's scaldingly hot then ice cold, but then fine if you turn it off then on again. Toaster tripped the kitchen electrics, which also stopped water from running.

Left my sunglasses in the property. Reported it quickly. Didn't get them back and it took a while to get this confirmed. They were expensive so it's taken the shine off the stay

Good location close to the Arena and Docks, clear instructions and communications to paybthe deposit and access the apartment. Wasnt the cleanest, more attention to detail rather than excessively dirty.

Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One. Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome. Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under.

Superb location for ACC/ Arena

Great location for a conference at the ACC. Apartment was spacious, clean and well presented. Tea/coffee & milk provided. Uncomfortable pillows and no dishcloth/ sponge, dishwasher tablets or teatowel which made cleaning up after cooking difficult. Having to phone up to pay a security deposit was rather inconvenient and somewhat unusual- surely a secure link would be more appropriate- business travellers don't have time to visit the office to pay in cash so instead I had to pay over the telephone.

Clean and comfortable

Could do with clearer instructions on exactly where the door is and where the lockers are, The apartment was clean and tidy, needed a bowl or a plug in the kitchen sink so you could wash up, also a brush and brush pan so you could sweep the every day crumbs etc up. The shower was very hot, impossible to make it a comfortable temperature. I would definitely recommend them

Not getting the entry code until after I arrived and called them added a lot of unneeded stress. But apartment very good and could not have been closer to arena (less than 1 min). Mattress was surprisingly basic and pillows thing and cheap.

Absolute nightmare! Arrived in Liverpool off the train at 1930 walked down to Albert dock and the apartments weren’t there they where much further down more in Baltic triangle than Liverpool 1. The name was completely different only for it saying 14 we new we where in the right place! However door locked and no bell. Went onto my check in page on hotels.com where it said once deposit paid a code would be sent for the key safe. So phoned the number provided which just rang and rang eventually going to voice mail. Messaged them never replied and still haven’t 2 days later! So went on live chat with hotels.com after 3hrs of been on live chat and and phone as they could not get hold of the property either, they decided to relocate us. It’s now almost midnight it’s Friday night the city is packed, we are cold, tired and hungry. Got to the new hotel 20 mins walk away on a busy street. To be told no booking had been made for us. Phoned hotels.com back in America by the way! Who told us the apartments had just emailed them and we were to go to an address to pay deposit then they would give us the code. The address was opposite side of city centre and much further away from the apartments. Bearing in mind we had luggage too! So we gave up and got an Uber home arrived back home at 03:30! Disgusting behaviour leaving woman vulnerable in city at midnight miles away from home! Will be claiming my money back!

Cheap and convenient but needs a good scrub

Very convenient for AAC and only a 10 minute stroll to City Centre. Also very good value. Building although new is quite shabby. Doors don’t fit in frames. Noisy banging doors without closure devices banging half the night. Lack of a shaving mirror. Superficially clean. Long dark hairs all over floor. Bathroom only partially cleaned. Very much jn need of a deep clean and some dusting.

The access to the apartment on check in was very confusing and we had to provide a security deposit outside of Expedia, at a location off-site. Felt very suspicious. Stovetop electrical did not work with main power switch. All the switches need to be labeled- the fridge was accidentally turned off by someone in my party trying to find light switches.

Dreadful experience

Apartment was dirty on arrivall. WiFi worked intermittently. Two wardrobes but not a single coat hanger in either of them. Bimbarded with messages trying to squeeze more money out of me but radio silence when complaining about the above. Do not give these people your money, you will regret it.

Decent few days stay.

Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place.
