Check in was at 3pm and not a second earlier. Seem to have a issue giving towels, I don't think they have enough. I checked in at about 9pm and no bath towel in the room. The next day my towels had been taken but not replaced. Bring your own pool towel as these are also not provided. Great location next to the souk and easy for trip pick ups. Rooms a bit dated but can't complain for the price.

The hotel is not far from the beach, approximately 30 minutes walking, it also has a nice swimming pool, but, the restaurant is another level, the food is extrimely delicious with good prices. Hotel Anna, definitely the place to be in Agadir, clean and fresh rooms with friendly staff members. I really enjoyed and hope to come back. . Thank you

Clean room although very bare. Only a bed & a couple of prayer mats. No where to hang clothes. It was quiet but had no ambience. Staff seemed friendly & helpful but difficult to communicate due to language barrier. Breakfast was hit & miss depending on what time you went. No drinks facilities - even for water after breakfast.

Nous sommes arrivés hier, pour une courte nuit car notre vol était prévu très tôt ce matin. Le personnel a été très serviable et nous a trouvé un taxi pour effectuer la course. Concernant la chambre, elle est très vétuste. Au delà de la décoration, qui à mon sens est quelque chose de personnel, on sent vraiment que l’hôtel a du vécu. La salle de bain fait sale, avec des joints jaunissant. L’une de nos tables de chevet était cassée. Concernant les équipements, une seule serviette de bain, pour deux. Pas de sèche cheveux. Pas de sac poubelle dans la poubelle. Le bâtiment est par ailleurs extrêmement bruyant (couloir, rues…). Le rideau est très fin laissant apercevoir les lumières de l’extérieur.

Roma, 23 agosto 2026 Con la presente richiedo immediatamente il rimborso completo della mia prenotazione N. itinerario 72077755389593 del 8 agosto 2026 soggiorno camera doppia per due adulti HICHAM BOUIDIR E DE GIUSTI MARA (come da dati inseriti al momento della prenotazione) soggiorno dal 17 agosto 2026 al 20 agosto 2026 . All’arrivo in struttura mi hanno diviso dalla mia compagna ad prenotare al momento altra camera con pagamento immediato. Prenotazione del 8 agosto 2026 camera doppia con numero in struttura “410” , prenotazione in struttura il 17 agosto 2026 (idem giorni di pernottamento uguali alla prima prenotazione) camera con numero in struttura “408” . Chiedo immediatamente il rimborso completo della mia prenotazione del 8 agosto 2026 , con modalità di rimborso nello stesso metodo di pagamento iniziale (avviserò anche scalapay) ! Allego alla presente le fatture e incartamenti (n 04 pagine) a prova del vs operato NON IDONEO alla mia prenotazione a detta della struttura (voi dice la struttura che siete a conoscenza della restrizione su coppie miste) ! Attendo urgentemente il tutto come sopraddetto! Cordiali saluti. HICHAM BOUIDIR N.B.: alla vs email di sondaggio e per questo che ho risposto con “scarso” con motivazioni di costi aggiuntivi non giustificati !

The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. He did not realize that I understand the local language and was rudely talking about me to another staff complaining about me eating a snack in the lobby area. I also saw him behave the same way around other guests.

Som vanligt får man vad man betalar för. Jag valde ett billigare hotell som låg nära Souk El Had. Det är ett mysigt hotell som verkar familjeägt. Personalen är vänliga. Rummet var rent men lite slitet. Vattnet i vårt rum slutade fungera på morgonen så kunde inte duscha, spola i toaletten eller tvätta händerna. Men de gav oss ett annat rum att utfärda våra behov i istället. Vänliga och lösningsorienterade, de kompenserade oss med frukost. +Kundvård, hjälpsamma +Geografisk plats -Lite slitet hotell

Not bad, but could be much better.

Ok, so I stayed at this hotel 18 years ago when it was Ibis Hotel. It was adequate then, and it still is now that it has changed names a couple of times and is called Anna Hotel. It doesn't seem to have changed much since the times of Ibis, however it somehow feels like a work in progress. I like this hotel for a couple of reasons mainly, first is its location, and second: the swimming pool. Location, for me, couldn't be any better. It's right next to Souq El-had, one of the biggest traditional markets in Morocco. And there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The swimming pool is just awesome. It's big, always clean. Now the things I didn't like. I hadn't made a reservation when I walked in to the hotel, and I asked them for the price of a family suite, but the price I was given was much higher than the one I saw online. I asked them if they would match the online price, which would benefit them since they wouldn't be paying the online site fees, but I was astonished that they refused to do so. The front desk clerk actually advised me to make the booking online. So I did. I booked a suite, which I must say was a bit disappointing. The suited was comprised of two separate bedrooms, both of which opened into a small entrance hall, or sitting area, and on one side was the bathroom . However this sitting area had nothing to sit on, not even a carpet. The A/C was available in the main bedroom, but not in the other one, and shower drain always flooded.

Allt var okej kvinnan som städar hon var jätte snäll och hjälpsam men mannen som jobbade på restaurangen på natten han var otrevlig jag frågade honom om isbitar vilken receptionen så till mig du kan få från restaurangen men mannen som jobbar på restaurangen gav mig inte jag så till honom jag kan betala om det behövs men hans svar var nej

we had a bad experience in our room we paid 3 night we never spend a night their the hotel still need a lot work rooms outdated for the price ac smells bad i lost all the money i paid i never enjoyed a day in that city i had to leave same day since no other hotel was available hotel staff are very nice this new management they trying hard to bring the place up to standard but still need a lot work
