I specifically chose to stay at this hotel because they advertised having a bar and restaurant. I was looking forward to a glass of wine and a snack after a long weekend in Breckinridge, but when I checked in, the bar/restaurant was closed. I asked to speak to a mgr, but there was not one on duty. I called a number I was given to talk to someone, no answer. A couple of day when I got back home, I called the number again, no answer. Called the hotel to ask for a manager. Was given the Asst District Manager. Sent him an email. As of this writing no return email. They advertise in the lobby and the elevators, "grab a snack with us at the lobby bar". I feel it is false advertising and the fact that no one even bothered to get back to me is reason enough to not recommend this hotel. Customer service skills severely lacking!
