Generally a comfortable apartment, though dated and several issues around loose tiles, jammed balcony-door lock, scuffed walls, and other signs of wear and tear.
The big problem: be aware of how they handle any issues that arise. We had no hot water for over 48 hours due to nearby municipal roadworks. This was not their fault, but how they responded was the issue. We asked for alternative options (for showering, doing laundry, washing dishes, etc.), but were provided none. Then, we asked for a proportional refund for the affected nights, which we understand is required under Spanish law; they said they'd "check on it and get back to us," then ignored several follow-up messages and never responded again.
If something goes wrong during your stay, don't expect their help or even a response.
