Hôtel correct avec un super accès au métro mais le quartier n’est pas bien fréquenté. Le petit dej est servis dans un sac plastique, il n’y a pas de sachet de thé etc je ne recommande pas de le prendre

Ok hotel for the price
Overall this location is decent. Rooms kind of small with no closets. But for rate for the holidays was worth it. Has a new elevator and hotel looks fully renovated. The bathrooms and showers are nice also has a mini fridge. Also the lower level has a microwave and vending machines as well a coffee/ hot chocolate machine. Near by have McDonalds and few restaurants. Also you can use 3rd party apps ex: uber eats, DoorDash. Had a rental, but I was familiar with the neighborhood, the hotel doesn’t have parking. Only street parking. Have local bodegas near by if you want to get drinks and snacks. They have j and m train walking distance if you rather use public transportation (Mta) to save money. One thing the hotel is right to the train. The train only last a few seconds for the noise.

Clean and Comfortable just incomplete
The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it lacked a few simple conveniences suchbas a soap shelf in the shower( had to set stuff onnfloor.of shower), a reading light on the bedside table (had to leave bright overhead lights on entire time) and a remote for the TV. I responded to the welcome text and asked about the remote but never received a response.

Não recomendo!!!
O hotel tem uma localização muito ruim para NY, o bairro nada hospitaleiro é bem feio . O hotel parece que foi restaurado parcialmente e nos quartos não tem armários nem penduradores para roupas e nos banheiros não há saboneteiras nem penduradores para toalhas acabamentos de baixa qualidade, o café da manhã entregue numa sacolinha com produtos industrializados . Quartos com paredes finas e barulho no corredor. Recepção que parece um guichê de banco . Nada confortável. Espero nunca mais voltar a esse hotel.

Séjour passable car le menage de la chambre a été fait 1 fois sur 9 jours et juste sur ce qu’il ce voyait jamais un coup de balai sous les lits, les draps non jamais été changer sur tout le séjour, le ménage de la salle de bain a été fait 2 fois uniquement sur 9 nuits. Le petit déjeuner été servie dans un sac et non en buffet et il était affreux. De plus la fréquentation dans l hôtel laisse à désirer. Les seul points positif étaient le métro à 5 minute à pied pour rejoindre Manhattan, et un supermarché à côté, un seul agent d accueil a été très agréable. C est vraiment dommage parce que ça aurait pu être un hôtel sympa.

This hotel was not quite in the area I thought it would be, but it really close to the subway. The staff was pleasant and answered any questions we had. The rooms and hotel itself were clean. What I liked best was that they held our luggage before check in and even after check out before our flight. It looks like some buildings around the hotel are new, so could be Re-gentrifying the neighborhood.

Far from city. Subway takes over 30min to get close and nearest station felt unsafe. Subway passes close to hotel and noise wakes you up. Cleaningness of room was questionable.

That is no parking around the hotel, we need to park on the street, and that is a sign “no parking between 8am - 9:30am

The bed had no sheet, only a comforter. There was no dresser, no closet, no lamps, no soap dish in the showner. You could see the hallway light under the door. You hear others snoring in their rooms.

Bare Minimum
Never been in a hotel room with no closet. Rooms are super small. Keys to the room stopped working in our second day there and they had to continuously open our door with their laptop hooked up to the lock to let us in. Bathroom was nice and updated. TV was new. Room was clean. Staff at “Front Desk” was nice (If you stay here, you’ll see why I put that in quotes). Phone nor desk clock were plugged in, but that’s probably due to the very weird outlet locations. I didn’t have an issue with it, but nobody in the building adheres to the “No Smoking” policy.
