The room was spotless and incredibly convenient. My only problem is that the picture shown when I booked shows a room about three times the size of what I was given. This shows a sofa; mine had no seating. This shows a desk under a TV; mine had a desk crammed next to the entrance and a TV literally over the bed itself.

The apartment was exceptional in cleanliness, good space and comfort and high standards altogether. The location was just fantastic for us. We were on the second floor which doesn't have access with a lift which we knew at the time of booking and does need to be considered. Feedback (not complaint) - kitchen scissors would be good in equipment drawer. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It was a hot week and the air conditioning was a gift. We loved everyone who we met who managed this property and they were able to get us into our room early which made such a huge difference in the quality of our trip. I regularly stay in accommodation that i can prepare my own food in. Earlier in the week I had stayed in another studio which was pretty dismal in comparison. The studio is small. I think two people would only stay one or two nights here. There isn't much room for additional luggage. However, it is probably the best little studio I have stayed in. The kitchenette is small but perfectly formed. There is all the equipment you need for a couple of nights stay. The bathroom isn't large but, they have actually thought about the layout and how the shower door opens and closes. I used the laundry facilities (you are provided with laundry tablets). These are clean and modern. My only grumble was the bed which was very firm and quite uncomfortable (a good topper would fix that). Altogether it was a great night at the Cleveland Residences. These are thoroughly modern and high end finished accommodation and were a pleasure to stay in.

This property was perfect for my first time in London. The area felt safe and was beautiful. My room was neat, up to date, and comfortable for my friend and I. The area has two close Underground stations for easy transportation. There are nearby parks great for a walk or picnic. There are also many dining option in walking distance. Communication was excellent.
