I need refund
The administration (and reception) was horrible.
I paid for my stay when I booked through Hotels.com, but I was charged again when I checked in. I should have been more careful, but I paid.
I noticed this double payment after returning home and contacted the hotel. Their response was slow, and they never admitted the fault and refused to refund.
I have not received the refund yet, so I decided to write this.
My colleague, who stayed for the same duration, made a reservation through another website, but his reservation was not recorded, and he needed to wait well more than an hour to check in.
All the pick-up service drivers, janitors, and waiters in the restaurant are nice and kind, but only the administration is terrible.
