I had a great stay here. The place is extremely clean, quiet, and very comfortable. My room felt cozy and “home-like,” and I slept really well. The location is excellent — the neighborhood is quiet, but you can walk to big stores like Best Buy, Marshalls, Target, Home Depot, and many restaurants. It’s also close to the Red Line, so getting to downtown Boston is very easy. Free parking is available on the street, except from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Daniel, the host, is very kind and welcoming. He likes to keep everything very organized and tidy, which makes the whole place feel calm and comfortable. He really cares about giving guests a good experience. And honestly, this is the most affordable place I’ve found near downtown Boston. For the price, the value is amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

This home was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owner made accommodations for me and it was a blessing to speak to him. The area was safe and the parking was easy. I would definitely recommend staying at this home again.

All in all, this was a fine stay. We booked a room at this place and were redirected to a different building/house a block or so over. The room was quite different than the one we booked—much smaller. The place was clean, seemed safe, was easy to access, had some bread, milk, and pbj in the fridge along with a Keurig with tasty coffee, and some cereals. A grab and go more than a Bed & Breakfast as advertised, but we weren’t mad about it. Hit the spot. Bed and pillows were comfy. Cons-guests were allowed to check in pretty late and were quite loud about it. Since parking directions were for the listed address and not the one we were sent to, parking was unclear. When I asked the host if a space we found at the end of the lane was guest parking (it wasn’t marked), he wrote back that he didn’t know and told me I could rent the garage for $20. The listening said we were only to park in the street, but the entire street had “No Parking” signs and tow-away zones. Didn’t understand how he didn’t know the parking situation for the house he sent us to or why we were sent somewhere we didn’t book in the first place.

En general todo muy bien. Llegar es fácil, los baños los encontré limpios. El host es muy amable y te ayuda pero cuando se llama directamente al celular, yo no tenía cómo llamar ni mandar mensajes, solo escribirle por el chat de la app, y al parecer no está muy pendiente de las notificaciones de la app, entonces lo único a mejorar es eso.

Each room or resident needs a hand towel instead of 7 people sharing one, with one bathroom! I was told we could arrive at 9:30 am and then the owner argued that I was told 10 am. (I wrote it down) He also said he lives in this building. Obviously not by the guests downstairs.

Not too great. This place is advertised as B&B which is not really true. There's a bottle of water and a snack bar. The notes you receive after booking even says it's not actually a B&B, so why claim it in the property description? I'd suggest to the owner that they make the check in more user friendly. There's a very long (2,400 word) rant that you will receive upon booking, with dozens of rules. I'm not sure whether it mentions that there's no shower, just a 4x8 tub where you can spray water on yourself. Oh, and there's ONE queen bed (for two people).

We stayed for a few nights. This was my first time staying at a homestay, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was a little nervous, but I was very pleasantly surprised and had no issues. We weren't in the house a ton because we were out and about most of the time. It was more than sufficient for sleeping and showering. The host was friendly. The rules were pretty clearly communicated and seemed reasonable. The location was great, nice neighborhood and very convenient for getting to areas, restaurants/shops, and the airport. There were a lot of nice little touches, a couple options of shampoo, a granola bar and bottled water in the room, etc. Everything was very clean. We got into town a couple hours before check-in time, and the host was very accommodating and was willing to let us stay in the living room area until the bedroom was cleaned and ready. Overall, I was very pleased with the stay.

After making a booking mistake that couldn’t be fixed through Hotels.com, the owner was super helpful and polite to me, and helped me resolve the issue. He went really above and beyond for us. The shared kitchen is nice, with a stove, oven, fridge, toaster, blender, and microwave! He also provides cereal and PB&J materials for free, which was a nice touch. It was all super clean, and excellent for the price. Thank you for making our stay in Boston so much more affordable!!

My two friends and I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was clean and quiet, and in a nice location nearby several bus stops. I had some of the best sleep I've ever had while away from home during the two nights we stayed! The list of rules may be overwhelming to some, but I honestly loved it because I like having the fine details of my stays ironed out as much as possible, so having a list to refer to was a relief for me. All around a great stay, highly recommend and would love to stay again next time I'm in the area :]
