Magnifique !!
Un personnel tout à fait arrangeant qui a nous a remarquablement conseillé et autorisé à rester à l'hôtel jusqu'à notre transfert bien que l'horaire soit plus tardif que le check out prévu (merci les Guest relation girls!!). Des chambres spacieuses, confortables et très propres (merci Mahmoud Ibrahim!). Un large de choix de cocktails toujours servis avec le sourire (merci Mohamed!). Nourriture tout à fait convenable particulièrement le succulent restaurant argentin. De vrais softs (coca, sprite). Des animations en journée (club enfants, aqua gym, zumba, pétanque...) et en soirée (spectacles à thème, disco). Du WiFi au bar ouvert 24h/24 (un peu plus compliqué dans les chambres). Une vraie volonté de recueillir les avis pour s'améliorer. Vous avez peu de chances d'être déçu en choisissant Flow...Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Voyage en couple en période hivernale, hôtel très confortable et peu de monde en cette période, chambre propre et literie au top ! Personnel super accueillant et toujours disponible. Chambres peu insonorisées, peu de choix dans les repas (souvent la même chose) mais reste très correct et bon. Je recommande !

Disappointing stay
Hotel half finished corridor and stairs very dirty. There are NO Al a carte restaurants. All the restaurants are buffet !!! I emailed hotel before booking and told there was so very disappointing to find only buffet. Gym had no floor space for mat work (no mats either ) and no free weights either . Only Wi-Fi in lobby . Lots & lots of flies everywhere!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful resort in Sahl Hasheesh, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and exceptional service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you feel at home, and the resort manager, Krishan, truly stands out. He provided personalized attention throughout our stay, making sure every guest had everything they needed, which really enhanced the experience. The resort offers an all-inclusive package that is second to none. The food and drinks were plentiful, diverse, and of excellent quality – there was always something new to try at every meal, and the drinks were always flowing. It's the perfect setup for guests who want to relax without worrying about extra charges. The pool area is a real highlight – large, clean, and perfect for both relaxation and play. Whether you're looking to lounge in the sun or take a refreshing swim, the pool is a great spot for everyone. It’s especially family-friendly, with dedicated areas for kids to have fun, allowing parents to unwind without worry. For families, this resort is a dream. Excellent all rounder.
Like any brand new hotel there were teething problems but when they are met with a can and will do attitude then thats a sign of a fantastic stay. I extended for an extra week i enjoyed it so much. Staff bent backwards to ensure i had a great stay. I can reccomend this hotel as an alternative to long stay in Europe. Everything you need is on tap. All inclusive,means exactly that,including the mini bar, A choice of restaurants ice cream parlour,great selection of drinks,even Egyptian champagne,which was a very pleasant surprise. Great evening entertainment. Nothing was too much trouble,a very relaxed 5 star experience. I will be back.

Tres bel hotel, staff accueillant, agréable et a l'écoute. Les chambres sont grandes belles et propres. La restauration est magnifique, un choix tres varié et frais. Les piscines et exterieurs sont tres grands et bien entretenus. Kids club a ameliorer car des horaires restreints et peu d'activités. Tres orienté russe.

We stayed here for 9 days end of November. The place just opened a few weeks earlier. This was noticeable because there were still a lot of people working on finishing parts of the hotel. My room was really good. Clean and fresh however one might wonder why some of the finishing of the room(basically everywhere) was so poorly done considering it is all brand new. Food was great and tasteful. Really liked the a la carte restaurants. They serve soda and beers from cans which is a huge plus compared to the standard postmix in other resorts. Also good coffee available and a nice icecream joint. Staff is really, really nice. Helpful and very friendly. The big pool is very cold and salt water. The small pool is heated and has fresh water. The gym is okay but the equipment is pretty cheap. Animation team tries to involve everyone and is really keen on getting everyone to move and connect. Nice service is the bus to the beach. Basically they have a small strip of beach reserved at the Pyramisa resort. Also a bar and some food is available there but the quality is pretty poor compared to the main restaurant in the hotel. At night they have some entertainment with a singer and dancers which is just that, entertaining. They also have a club service which takes you to a club in Hurghada city and brings you back. Overall this is a great hotel where the only downside is the fact that it has no beachview. Considering the really good price (50€ per night) I recommend

This is a great brand new hotel
We had a lovely week at this new hotel, the service was exceptional from all members of staff, the food was varied and delicious with several restaurants to choose from, the animation team worked really hard to keep everyone entertained and involved, if they wanted to be, I particularly enjoyed the morning stretch classes, the sunset yoga and the dance classes. Snorkelling at the beach was incredible, as was the transfer service provided to and from the beach. The staff really couldn’t do anymore to ensure our holiday was perfect…..we will definitely be back!

I had exceptional stay in hotel Flow. The staff is very nice, helpfull and welcoming. Nice lobby, restaurants, lobby, and pool area. My room was was super good and comfortable, cleaned everyday with full minibar. Also i loved the heated pool and they have lovely ice cream shop. My special thanks goes to Mr. Hamada, because he made my stay better that i could imagine. I have very unforgetable holiday and i hope to come back again.

Mice infestation in the room! Refused a refund! No wifi ! Agressieve drunk man outside my room with no security to control him! No toilet for over 24hours! I had to leave early! They only offered to move my room.

Just arrived back after spending a week at this hotel. Even though this is a new hotel you wouldn't know they were still completing works to it. There were no disruptions and the hotel has everything you want to have a great holiday. Food was amazing, huge rooms which are all new, good choice on T. V which isn't always offered in Egypt, mini bar was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble if you needed anything else. Entertainment was varied and there was something on every night.huge pool alongside a smaller more child friendly one and plenty of sunbeds so no need to get up early fora bed. Only poor thing is the WiFi as only available in the reception area so definitely worth buying Egyptian sim at airport on arrival.
