We really enjoyed our one bedroom apartment with full kitchen etc. Only one negative comment, during our 3 nights stay there we’re many golfers groups and they party all hours since early morning to late night

The resort was great and so was the golfing. The staff were super helpful. We needed to change rooms due to accessibility They were super helpful. If you need to find something in the city or need help around the resort. We were there three weeks and golfed twice. The location is great for traveling Algarve.

I have rated this property highly for the accommodation and the staff however without those my rating would be lower as when I booked I requested an early check in which I know cannot be guaranteed, when we arrived at 11:50 we were told was not ready and to come back at 2pm which I did and was told the room was not ready and to come back at 4pm, the advertised check in time, all this time we as a family of 5 purchasing drinks and ice cream. We went back at 4pm to be told that room would not be ready until 5:30pm !!! When we finally got to our room at 5:30pm the cleaners were still in the room, we were told that the delay was due to the previous guests refusing to exit the room at 10am as they had a late flight. The management told me they had requested a late check in which was contrary to what we were told, my point is why if we had requested an early check in why allocate us a room where someone has requested a late check out, at no time whilst waiting were we offered a complimentary drink or ice cream.
