Every thing was great until it wasn’t. A leak ruined our 2nd to last night. We had no power or water, no flushing toilet. The emergency contact number was not answering. We were ignored. The follow morning we received an email asking us to leave the property despite having paid for another night. No help in finding alternative accommodation. No courtesy call. No refund despite being told 10 days, now being told 21 days. Unfortunately when you stay in properties with no in house staff, you rely on them to help when things go wrong. They have seriously let us down. And i will choose a hotel with staff next time. I appreciate it was NYE and New year’s day, and the leak was out of their control, but the help and communication was abysmal.
