I absolutely loved this accommodation. Because of where it’s located at despite being in the city, you have views of the farms from the balcony. All these forms in the area give the air a real aromatic sent. Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and great staff.

Un hôtel-boutique paisible et aménagé avec goût près de la rivière Tay ho. L'équipe tout entière est présentable, les réceptionnistes Kim et Dory sont accueillantes et réactives et l'agent de sécurité est attentif et très aimable. Le petit déjeuner y est varié et les espaces communs bien entretenus. J'ai apprécié la terrasse sur plusieurs niveaux offrant tantôt une vue sur les espaces vert et sur la piscine. Je n'en ai pas fais l'usage mais l'établissement dispose également d'une piscine, d'un bar terrasse et d'équipements sportifs.

Room was clean, breakfast served fresh above all staffs were very helpful specially Flower in the reception was a superstar! We were so thankful for her care and thoughtfulness.

Nice hotel outside of the congestion of Hanoi. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Beautiful pool and rooftop bar/restaurant. Good included breakfast and overall good value though taxi or Grab needed to get around. Its a trade-off of quiet space vs noise and traffic all around.

Nice quiet location and excellent staff. Jasmine at the front desk was great in recommending places to see for my short stay. The breakfast buffet and coffee were delicious! If you’re looking for quiet nice place to stay in Hanoi with friendly staff don’t pass on this boutique hotel!

We had a fantastic 1-week stay at Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel! The suite was absolutely splendid with a pretty balcony and lavish bathtub - my kid especially loved the projector setup which made us feel like we had our own home theatre. The hotel’s peaceful location, away from the city’s hustle, made for a truly relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. A special mention to our receptionist Flower, who went out of her way to help us with tour bookings and was so kind to show us around Hanoi’s Old Town. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. 🙃

The staff is friendly, but that is about the only good thing about this hotel. My room was extremely dirty upon arrival. Caked on dirt on the light switches, water stains all over the faucets and showerheads, and the whole floor was dirty. Upon arrival, my AC was not working, the staff told me that it was my fault because I didn’t know how to use the remote when in reality they had to send out a technician later on to fix it. The staff is very friendly, but they are not efficient or attentive. I ordered a food and after over 40 minutes, I asked where my food was, they straight laughed in my face and told me they forgot. After I told him I no longer wanted it. They brought it out for me and proceeded to spill half of it over the table. On my final day, I fell down the metal staircase when leaving the rooftop deck and I hurt myself and I called the front desk to ask for a first aid kit. They acted like they didn’t know what I meant, or how they could help me. I explained to the multiple times that I felt I had bruises and cuts. I even had a small gash on my eyebrow and they said someone would come up to my room with something and no one ever came. I did not feel very respected or taken care of when I was at this hotel. It feels like they know they already have your money so they just do whatever they want to. I’m extremely disappointed and I would never stay here again.

Many good thing as about this hotel. The staff are the best from anywhere we have stayed in southeast asia. Specially Flower and Jasmine. There were plenty of sitting areas. The pool looked good but it waa too cold to use. We arrived late and the kitchen waa closed but the cook offered to make pizza for us. The grab was very cheap to old town.
