Great place, super clean, quiet, spacious with great guests and professional staff who speak English. Laundry is 500 tenge and there is plenty of space for bicycles. The rooms have AC too. Would recommend 110%

Exceptional property. Very professionally managed indeed. Complimentary towels, slippers and shower soap is provided on arrival. There is also complimentary tea and drinking water. Very good indeed, would recommend 110%

The standards have declined noticeably since I first visited this hostel many years ago. It's in a great location near the bus station and park so it is always busy, mostly with tourists from China, but the standards have gone down too much.Firstly, the bean bags in the common area smell very bad and likely haven't been washed in a long time if at all. After midnight you find Chinese guests sleeping on them all night...and the mens bathrooms are really bad. The soap in the toilets disappears from Chinese tourists that remove it to shower with and the toilets themselves are always dirty, once again due to the toilet habits of the Chinese tourists. There are no hangars available which is simple to solve and the staff conduct a room check at 09-10am when check-out is at 12? The general common area is still bright and spacious and the WiFi is decent.There is also free drinking water and complimentary towels, slippers and soap. Laundry is a very reasonable 500 too, though once again without clean bathroom facilities, this location has lost its appeal for me.

I used to stop here a lot during my central Asia trips due to its location near the bus station, though never again. I booked and pre-paid for over a week this time enroute to China and it has changed completely for the worse. The reception staff are so lazy its unreal. They do nothing most of the tine whilst trash piles up on the floor. There was no soap in the mens toilet for days and the overall cleanliness is beyond disgusting. They turns all the lights out at 22:00, there are no mattress protectors, no locker keys as they lost all of them, nobody at reception 90% of the time, and the toilets and bathrooms are cleaned and remain clean for 10 minutes before being completely dirtied for the next 24 hours. It is 90% Chinese of which 50% are older non-tourist men with appalling bathroom standards. This place is now absolutely gross and I would never stay again or recommend to anyone, and the lazy day staff are largely responsible.

Konumu iyiydi. Ancak resepsıyon sıkıntılıydı. Temizlik iyiydi. Tavsiye ederim. Şirketin resepsiyon görevlilerini bence değiştirmeleri gerekiyor. Onun dışında bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Konumunu cok beğendim. Tam seyran parkın karsısında. Otogar 300 metre uzsklıkta
