The comforters were stained. The bathroom was dirty. There were can lights missing from the ceiling in our room. We were told we could have adjoining rooms but then when we checked in we were told all the adjoining rooms were under construction so it wasn’t possible. Also, our refrigerator didn’t work. Aside from all that, we enjoyed the pool and had an ok time.

​I checked into this hotel late at night and was met with a series of unacceptable conditions that raised both safety and sanitation concerns. As a solo female traveler, my experience was deeply unsettling. Upon arriving at my room on the second floor, I found the door propped wide open with the interior swing bar latch. This is a massive security breach; the room was accessible to anyone in the hallway before my arrival, and it was alarming to have to "clear" the room myself at 1 am to ensure no one was inside. The sink contained hair and debris, the tub was covered in dirty splashes and streaks if leaking hair products, and there was even a stray screw on the bathroom floor. There were zero towels in the room, no liners in the trash cans, and curiously no water in the toilet bowl. The toilet paper roll appeared to have been previously submerged in water and was largely rendered unusable. Despite booking a King bed, I was placed in a room with two smaller beds. Due to a family emergency at a nearby hospital, I did not have the energy to switch rooms or hotels in the middle of the night, but I shouldn't have been put in this position. A hotel’s primary job is to provide a clean, secure environment. This property failed on both counts. I would strongly advise others, especially those traveling alone, to book elsewhere.

This hotel should have a much higher rating. They've done a lot of work to clean it up and make it nice. They are in the process of remodeling all of the rooms. I stayed in one of the older style, and it was perfect. The beds and pillows are comfortable. It's clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is actually the quality inn with no signage indicating its also precious hotel. I thought i was lost. Check in was quite lengthy, about 20 minutes due to training a new employee. Both men who were at the check in desk were polite and professional otherwise. I am a below knee amputee and requested a ada room upon arrival because i didn't see the option online when booking. I requested a bottom floor or near an elevator if upstairs and the closest room available to parking. Trainer stated to put me in room 180 because of my situation. was given directions how to get to my room by the trainer. It took me at least 10+ minutes to even locate which door (most weren't operable) parking lot and side of the building to be on. The closest entrance to my room was inoperable resulting in a hike with all my things. twice before finally finding the nearest entrance/exit that worked. So...i finally get into my room approximately 40 minutes after arriving. Rooms are not bad considering the price. Cleanliness is lacking, but not the worst. I unpack and prepare for my shower and discover neither room has any safety bars for shower. Not ada for sure. It was nearly 3am and i had to pack up everything and move to another room because my tv didn'twork. It's not a bad place, just not very well laid out. Super friendly staff and very quiet location.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was skimpy...poorly prepared powdered eggs, OJ in a carafe (juice machine was broken) hot water takes over 5 minutes to reach that end of the hallway, wifi also doesnt reach the end of the building. machinebroken

The room smelled absolutely terrible like they sprayed something. The room was not cleaned at all and me and my brother stayed there for a whole eight nights never got the garbage taken out. Never got new towels just terrible service. I even asked the front desk guy one morning if they could clean it while we were gone he said he’d get on that and never did.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I honestly believe the good reviews on this place had to either be the employees or people they paid. We got to the room and it was dirty. Honestly, it went downhill from there. The next day we had no clean towels. When we went to the front desk to ask, they told us they only change them out every 2 to 3 days. They said they would write it down that we needed towels every day. We were told they only clean the room every 2 to 3 days unless we request otherwise. This was a six night stay so on the third day we asked that our room be cleaned and new linens. I watched him write our name down and was told that it would be done that day. We got back to our room that night, it was not clean, no new towels, and the trash was still there. We went back to the front desk. The next morning I made the same request, it was clean that day, but no new linens were put on beds. They basically just wiped down the sink and took out the trash. From that point on we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. One day they had no clean towels and had to give us pool towels. The towels were very stained, the orange juice pitcher in the breakfast area had mold on the handle, we killed 2 roaches, the floors were filthy. I seriously could go on. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Do not stay here. They do not have soap in any of the rooms and have been very rude. I tried explaining that according to American Disabilities Act they can not ask for paper work for a working dog. They can only ask if it is a working dog and what it does. The owner threatened to kick me out and was very rude. He said he is exempt because he is an independent owned business. Unfortunately that does not matter to ADA. The federal rules apply to them as well as anyone else. The hotel is trying to remodel but not doing a very good job. Please skip this hotel

Room had blood stain on bed sheet there wasn't any soap in bathroom just shampoo and conditioner breakfast consisted of eggs at little after 8. When checked out at 9:30ish paper he handed me was printed at 7am that morning was little odd too. Took $50 deposit that is still pending on my account

It was a nice hotel. Beds were comfortable only complaint was the breakfast. They didn’t have but cereal (with no milk) and a few donuts for breakfast. No juice or anything else.
