The room smelled awful. The sheets are scratchy and had stains. The couch you couldn’t sit on because the bed wouldn’t close all the way.

The manager when we chevked ib was crabby andnot helpful. All he said was no to every question. Tgenext day I asked Perka the sane questions and got mostly yes except for the pool which was clised during our stsy. I had to change rooms. Had a suite on the end next to the freeway. Too noisy too dleep.

I didn’t realize that maid service would not be offered. Needed my trash emptied and fresh towels. Called the front desk to request towels. Was told I needed to bring my used towels to the front desk to exchange them. Thought that was strange.

Check-in my room about 11:47pm. As I was checking in so was another guest. Something happened to the system during the payment and my card was attached to another guess room. Now I have an unexplainable charge on my card that I am still awaiting an answer for.

The check in process took forever even though I was booked on Expedia. They didn't have free WIFI as advertised. Their water dispenser was broke at breakfast and when we asked for water they said we had to pay for bottle water. They disconnected all of our room keys because they thought we were there for only 1 night which we had booked 2. They didn't restock my room with coffee creamers and when I went down to ask for more they said I would have to wait until the next morning when the maids come back. Overall just HORRIBLE guest service. DO NOT STAY.
