We stayed 2nights at The Nobleman Fort Worth. The hotel itself was clean and the check in process was easy. The room was small but comfortable. However, the water never got hot and we were only able to take lukewarm showers during our stay. I attempted to notify two different staff members about this, but both told me that they did not speak English. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the food was okay, but service was lacking. The server never asked how we wanted our checks and instead brought one check. When we explained that we needed separate checks, she was rude. Housekeeping never came to the room while we were there. We saw a housekeeper on our way to dinner on our second night who asked if we needed towels, but no one ever came to our room. We did visit the hotel bar that evening, but did not stay long as they informed us that they had run out of beer. All beers, not just our beer of choice. On the morning that we were leaving, we went downstairs to check out and retrieve our car from valet services. We were told that we would be texted when they brought her car around. After waiting for over 30 minutes in the lobby, we walked out to speak to the valet and saw our car out front. No one notified us that the car had been brought around. This delay caused us to miss an 11:30 appointment. After getting in the car, we found trash and someone’s half finished soda in the cup holder. Overall, the stay was okay, but not what you would expect for $400 a night.
