Väldigt fräscht och fint boende. Cool inredning. Bra läge i lilla Èze.

Great location, very close to Eze beach. Place is nice, clean and quiet. We didn’t use any of the amenities but it was a great bedroom to have while spending the day at the beach.

We enjoyed this place so much. We booked the family room and it was very comfortable. The room is well organized and clean, and the interior design is beautiful, stylish and thoughtfully decorated with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and easy to reach through WhatsApp if you have any questions. The location is amazing and the area is quiet, so we had no issues sleeping and there was no noise at night. Would definitely recommend!

Modern and spacious retreat

The rooms were spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. Separate toilet and shower room is +++ Location is a bit out of the way between Nice and Monaco but every road in the area is breathtaking and Beaulieu-sur-Mer is just a few minutes' drive, has multiple restaurants, and is very cute. Fantastic getaway if you don't mind driving a bit.

4/10 Sederhana

This property is beautifully furnished and very clean. In comparison to most properties in the area that are old, this one has by far been the most modern and cleanest. I would have given it 5 stars but! Be so careful when booking! The listing is misleading. We had booked this property because the listing included a pool, washer & dryer, and was listed as a two bedroom apartment. When we arrived, there was no pool or washer and dryer, and the bedroom situation was one bedroom that was only accessible by going through the “second bedroom”, and the “second bedroom” was just a bed in an extension of the main living area and kitchen with only a curtain to separate or give privacy. Instead, it should’ve been advertised as a 1 bedroom with a bonus bed and sofa bed. These things were specific necessities for our stay, so we were very disappointed to be misled. And after all of that, the property didn’t offer any type of compensation or refund to make up for the inconvenience, which was extra off putting.

2/10 Lemah

We chose this property because parking was an important requirement, and this was clearly communicated when booking. On arrival, there was no parking available. What disappointed us most was not the mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability. Instead of apologising or trying to help, the staff blamed a welcome email sent while we were driving. The property was also noisy, cleanliness was below expectations, and after a power outage around midnight, the air conditioning never worked properly again. After speaking with several local restaurant owners, we were surprised by how poor the property’s local reputation appears to be. Unfortunately, that matched our experience. There are far better places to stay Hospitality is measured by how you handle problems, not by how you explain them away
