On arrival told the lifts were out of order fortunately they moved us from 5th floor to 1st, for which we were greatful The location was brill close to everything we wanted and only a short walk to the docks Room was basic but clean,

Bed 2inch off floor and a mattress room so small.Dirty walls blinds not fit window.View a dark wall and dirty alley.Worst place ever stopped at.Noise at night and not sorted by porter at night.Door handle loose.This place should be avoided at all costs.

The lift was broke, there was sick and a cup on the stairs for 2 days so I don’t think they a cleaner. They place stunk of urine there’s literally no hotel car park so you have to pay 26 a day. People shouting in there rooms with the television blaring to probably drown out sounds that were going on. Something shifty about this place. Don’t waist your money or time as the reception also lies.

Check in good arrived early left bags and came back at check in time easy check in room on second floor no lift at property bedding a bit dirty but didn’t go under it as was hot in there no fan tv on wall where bed was shower ok shampoo and body wash available

The main concern I had during my stay was the fact that the lift was out of action and had to take 4 flights of stairs to get to and from my room. Aside from this, I did not use any of the communal facilities, as I was out quite a lot around the city. The room itself was tidying enough. The view was nothing to speak about. Really, the weather was nice. The general noise in the hotel was moderate. I guess.

A localização é excelente, a área do quarto boa e estava limpo. O que outras pessoas já reportaram mantém-se, não há elevador, mas eles avisam previamente. Não tem AC mas tem ventilador. As paredes são finas, felizmente tive vizinhos que dormem até tarde

It was OK, not worth the room for the money. My friend got a better room with Travel lodge for the same price. Staff were friendly. Near to city centre and easy access to amenities. Thank you 😊

Staff were friendly, though not the cleanest room I've stayed in. Did the job for an overnight stay though and excellent value for money.
