The condo was nice and easy access to the Beach. We did like the elevator it was slow and hot.

The apartment is well maintained by the owner, with a nice kitchen and bathroom as seen on the pictures. It’s very convenient to walk to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While the building itself could use some repairs, the unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. My family had a great time, and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

The room was clean and tastefully decorated and we were able to step out the door tothe beach. I did not recall reading that there was ongoing construction on the building we were in. But the price was right. Thank you.

Good for price and aquarium/battleship

It was an ecomomical option for that area. Its on N. Beach which is the bay next to the Aquarium and Battleship...heated pool nice if not in warm months...limited parking and small sleep space...

The best part about this place was the cleanliness. It looked like most of the place was boarded up or under construction. The elevators did not work and when they did they took FORRRREVER. So slow not even worth waiting for. The unit itself was clean but it was so small you could barely have 2 people in there let alone a family. The adult bedroom was so tight getting in and out of. Going to the bathroom at night you had to feel the walls. The biggest room in this place was the shower. But the sink had zero space to put anything you needed. The bathroom didn’t even have a plug!!! Couldn’t use a straightener, had to take it to the kitchen! Like come on….. the floors in the kitchen sunk a ton. 2 major spots we felt like we were going to fall through. Then the balcony was on a slant. Never felt safe standing and sitting out there. Didn’t even wanna lean on the balcony. The staircase was way too hot to lug everything up to the 3rd floor. The area looked like a hurricane took it all out. Everything was under construction and closed roads. Nothing around but a ball field, aquarium, Lexington, and Whataburger. Just very run down area. It was not near the beach (actual ocean) at all. You’re directly on the bay. The sand sucks it’s so full of broken shells and it hurts to walk. The bay water is so dirty and hot it was terrible to be in. We had to drive 30 minutes to Padre island to actually get to the ocean. Thankfully we did because it was so much better over there!
