Good stay, minor confusions as references
Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. I was confused at the check-in when they request for my payment which was already finished via hotels.com. I think it is the basic knowledge that customer and hotel both know. If a customer might be confused due to his/her consecutive travels, the hotel must not be confused. When I showed the receipt from hotels.com, the staff said "I believe you." which makes me feel lying while proving my payment. I have travelled for decades, but this was my first experience. Other than that, mostly the stay was good. The window cannot block the road noises and I successfully blocked the sound by using my earplugs. The staffs kindly arranged a breakfast meal box because I needed to check out at 4:20AM. That was simple but nutricious box, and I appreciate it. The hotel is on the first floor and it is hard to find from the outside. These will be useful advice to anyone who stays here.
