Here is the real deal on this hotel. I stayed here 2 weeks in June 2024. It can be a 0 star to 5 star depending on your situation. First, the rooms are quaint with unique Mexican design and decoration. The AC runs super well and keeps you very cool. The provided drinkable water coolers and personal water pitchers is a necessary and welcomed touch. My kids and wife loved the 2 king beds we had, but I felt like it was too hard.
The location is the reason I gave the hotel 2 stars. Rooms can overlook Quinta Street which is where the main action in in PDC. This provides lots of fun and constant people watching opportunities, but it also provide constant noise. The noise in the hotel room is CONSTANT. Music plays all day from the Mexican restaurant next door...it starts a little after 7am and goes well into the night. I never noticed when it actually stops because ~11pm the nightclub a couple doors down the street begins and its extremely loud speakers drown out any other noise. This music plays nonstop until 3am. The bass is so loud you can literally feel it in the mattress. If this is the scene you are looking for, where you can walk 50 feet and be in a happening night club, have a bunch of drinks, and stumble back easily to pass out in your hotel room, this is a 5/5 rating. If you want any chance of getting a peaceful night's rest, this is a 0/5.
The staff is SUPER nice. Don't be a cheapass and make sure to tip the housekeeping. They do a great job.
No pool. No parking.
