We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spacious, very clean, and having laundry facilities was a huge plus. Its convenient location near Tesco and plenty of restaurants made it easy to shop and find places to eat. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic overnight stay. The rooms are immaculate in their presentation and everything you need. Location is perfect, just metres away from Picardy tram stop and minutes from Waverley train station. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for my next Edinburgh stay.

Very impressed with this apartment. It was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen and even an airer to hang clothes. Comfy beds, staff very welcoming and facilities to hold your luggage before check in or check out. Great location. 3 min walk to the tram stop with journey time to the airport of 40 minutes. Westfield shopping centre is a 4 min walk. A perfect location to explore the City. Would definitely stay again.

Just a perfect little apartment. Comfortable, well equipped and efficient. I loved the location—restaurants and shops and galore and plenty of public transportation. The staff at the desk were stellar, so helpful and really charming. I honestly wish there was a Forth House everywhere I go.

Olisin halunnut antaa 5 tähteä, sijainti, siisteys, fasiliteetit olivat huippua. Ainoa asia, mikä häiritsi, oli aamuiset roska-autot ja iltaisin vastapäisen ravintolan jumputtava musiikki. Huone oli katutasossa ja äänet tuntuivat olevan 1 m päässä sängystäsi.

This hotel was very conveniently located to the Royal Mile and was easy to get to from the airport via the Tram. The front desk employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked (even if we never cooked!) The area has numerous places to eat. Would definitely recommend.

While this is a no-frills hotel, the entire place is immaculate, the staff is very friendly, and the location is fantastic. Loads of restaurants, easy transportation, yet very quiet. We would absolutely stay there again.

Very new, quiet, large & comfortable room with a useful kitchenette. Close to the tram (very), Waverley & New Town - and probably on 20-25 mins walk to Edinburgh castle. Lots of trendy/good eateries nearby
