Staff was wonderful! The room was clean and furnished well. The bathroom was clean however … the shower head barely worked. The tub didn’t drain and the hair dryer was not functioning. Nice place to lay your head but could definitely used some upgrades.

The outside of the place could use some upgrading, and the Continental Breakfast needs a makeover, choice wise.... Other than that it was a nice place to stay cuz it was close to The Pavilion and the rooms were very clean... The staff was very helpful and there was a lot of parking and I definitely would stay here again

Wow, literally a dump! The smell when you walk in was sickening. The entire place has not been updated in at least 40 years. The breakfast is a lie! They had frozen egg sandwiches for you to microwave and their coffee maker didn’t even work. The fitness center??? Broken down equipment from the 50s. The pool was a drained disgusting mess. We would have left immediately but we had a wedding to attend in the area and there was no other place available.

Basic run down party night hotel. Avoid the back rooms, sketchy. Staff did upgrade our room to a balcony out front with up charge.

It was ok for a one night stay. The building is run down and in need of repairs. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, good WiFi. Pour water pressure. Good AC.

We came up to Tilton as we were hitting two night show at the Bank of Pavilion in Gilford. You get what you pay for and I honestly could not have been happier. We just needed a room to put our things, a shower and a bed to sleep in as otherwise we were out and about during the day. The room was very clean. Our TV only had one station and never mentioned to the staff as again we were not the room enough to need it or care about that. I will stay here again and again as it met my needs and could not beat the price!

Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the exterior doors didn’t lock, and back entrance could have used some love. The shower was hard to operate and on our second day we couldn’t get the hot water to work.

This hotel is NOT even close to what it looks like in the pictures. It is a dilapidated, very dated hotel in need of a gut and complete replacement of everything. The indoor pool is empty, the grounds are littered and frankly scary to stay there, we got in and got out as quickly as possible in the morning. For the price.. this was WAY WAY over priced..

The property is very rundown. There is a strong oder, like mold. Also, the water smells like sulfur. When I booked the rate was $160.00 for the night, but when I arrived at the property I was charged $245.00 for the night…plus, and extra $35.00 for my dog. It will be the last $280.00 they get from me! I will not return…would rather sleep in my car.
