The room was very clean. Air-conditioned which is difficult to find. Staff incredibly helpful. Allowed us to drop our baggage hours before check-in time so we could enjoy the city for the day as well as leave the baggage into the early evening well after checkout time. We would definitely stay again.

Deluxe værelse til 3 personer, værelset var beskidt, snavset og der var krummer på gulvtæppet. Sengetøj var fuldt med pletter på alle 3 senge, blodpletter og sorteskjolder, der lå sorte hår i 2 af sengene og på pudebetræk. På badeværelset var brusehoved holder knækket og afløbet i brusekabine havde dårlig afløb, og der var pletter i håndvasken. Der var taget af den ene shampooflaske. Toilet børste var møgbeskidt af gammel afføring, og toilet kunne dårlig nok skylle ud.

Ficamos sem agua no primeiro dia, depois a senha da porta de entrada da rua simplesmente nao funcionava, tiveram que nos passar outra senha, ai no dia seguinte a outra senha ja nao funcionava de novo e tinhamos que ficar na rua esperando. Fora isso o quarto é super confortável e tem uma otima localização

Lovely sized room, bathroom compact but serviceable, good location, allowed us to drop bags off early. Only downside was the front door latch is noisy, as we were in the ground floor & could have done with more milk for tea & coffee. But we would stay here again!

It was a good hotel. Good location. Great condition and service. The bidet in the washroom was broken but it was not a big deal. However, paying over £1000.00 we did not expect to be in the basement of the building with aa bathroom smaller than the closet in room. Other than that it was not a bad stay over all.

Krånglig incheckning, bad om hjälp med den virtuella receptionen fungerar dåligt, ville betala med olika kort det gick inte, sängar för korta och små, dåligt med utrymme för väskor, problem med duvor som satt vid fönstret och störde hela natten.

I’ve never left a one-star review before, but this property earned it. The cleanliness of this apartment was simply unacceptable. We arrived to find stained, threadbare sheets, visibly dirty walls throughout the apartment—including what appeared to be urine splattered on one of the walls—caked mildew in the shower, and extensive water-stained ceilings in the bathroom. It felt dirty the moment we walked in. I reported the issues immediately and gave management the opportunity to correct them. Housekeeping visited, but the apartment still did not meet even a basic standard of cleanliness. Beyond that, the listing was misleading. It advertised a microwave and refrigerator, neither of which were in our room. It also noted there was no elevator but failed to mention that our apartment required carrying luggage up more than four flights of stairs. Traveling internationally alone with my two children, I moved us to another hotel after just one night. More than a week later, management still has not responded to my attempts to resolve the situation as they have charged me for 6 unused nights citing their cancellation policy. No accommodation is perfect, but cleanliness is the bare minimum. In my experience, Mayfair Residences failed to provide even that, and I cannot recommend staying here. The fact that management won’t even respond to me more than a week later only reinforces that they have little interest in addressing legitimate guest concerns.

Nice stay

Good sized rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. TV with good selection of on-demand services (remember to log yourself out though). Easy in and out of the room with a code. I was a bit alarmed that the interior lock on the door didn't actually work though, on closer inspection it was clogged with paint/caulk and luckily with the pointy bit on a pair of nail clippers I was able to clear out the lock so it worked (you're welcome 😉).Well stocked with toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, although a teaspoon would have been handy. Overall though it was good value for money and I would stay again.

Good location but the room vi allocated was not good. We paid for a premium room but the room was beside the toilet and had a window facing a very ugly and dirty back yard and people could look in to the room. So we never drew the curtain. Other premium rooms at 1th and second floor were much better. We asked for moving to the other room when it was vacant and it was vacant but reception refused.

No running water in the morning so no shower, toilet or sink, drinking water. Dirty bed sheets with stains on them. Comfy bed Poor communication from the host, pretty much none existent. Don’t waste your money here

Excellent location and close to parks, attractions and public transportation. The room condition was fair with sufficient space for a family of four. However, I would not classify as a Hotel since there is No front desk or staff on sight. It is more of a short term room rental. We arrived to the location without any way to enter. I unfortunately missed a communication from the property asking that I notify them 24 hours before my arrival. The property phone number on the message was invalid and the email stated to allow at least 24 hours before a response. I called Expedia and they also had no luck contacting the property. Fortunately, there is a ring video doorbell in front that was answered by a friendly gentleman who was able to help us out. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. I recommend the property ensure emails are received by guests and that they provide a valid phone number or the email in case of an emergency or after hours check in. The location is fantastic and made up for the miscommunication.

Avoid at all costs

Run! Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else. There’s so many issues. No front desk or hotel staff to check in. You have to try to find a phone number on their website (which might be to one of their other properties) to tell them you’re at the locked front door. Then you wait on the street with your luggage hoping someone comes and opens the door. Or, if you’re lucky they will answer the phone and tell you to send them a message on WhatsApp to get a code to open the front door and your room. When you get to your room, you might think it’s “ok”, but don’t forget to look for a bathroom. You might not have one. If you do, it will be the smallest one ever. And cross your fingers for hot water, or running water. We had no hot water since we checked in. 2 days later, we had no running water. No showers, not running water in the sink, and no water to flush the toilets. That’s right, no working toilet. There is no front desk to call. The number they told you to message them on WhatsApp, they don’t reply to. Also didn’t reply to messages sent through hotels.com. They won’t answer the phone when you call or when your booking service attempts to call them. Eventually, someone at one of the properties might answer one of the numbers you called, and inform you that there isn’t a manager around for hours and that someone will get back to you. Issues aside, our room was far from restful. There was consistent loud noise in the wall that sounded like piles of mud falling on a plastic r
