-arrived and the room had not been cleaned/smelled of cigarette smoke -returned to the "front desk" (which is an arcade employee who deals with the "check-in and check-out ONLY" for the property), in the arcade, told me that the property owner said there would not be a room that night, but they would have an apartment in the morning. -eventually said they could give me a 2 bedroom instead of 3 bedroom -"bedroom 2" is in the back of the unit with no window, no exit door. not meeting any safety code. Bedroom 1 in front of unit, sheer shades, essentially full parking lot lighting in the bedroom. -kitchen: NO DISHES. at all. one dirty pot. 3 spoons, 2 forks. no plates, no cups, no mugs, no bowls. -attempt to cancel due to issues addressed above: punted back and forth between the property and expedia for a total of 6 hours. -the property billed me for 3 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment. again states that Expedia needs to approve the refund. Every part of this experience was atrocious, on the part of both Meadowvale Apartment Hotel AND Hotels.com/Expedia

Needed more pots- there was no frying pan or baking trays. There were no brooms to sweep. Loved that there was washing machine & dryer. Place was very clean. Uber access was excellent.

The suit was spacious and updated with mordern appliance. The king size bedroom would benefit from a closet or it would make more sense to have the room be the main room with the master bath, just didnt make sense. Room 6 had a wasted nook in the king bedroom. Why 3 stars? Especially room 6, the temp did not make it higher than 15 deg celecius ( max out thermostat setpoint). The stay was second week of december with snow on the ground. The biggest issue to me is the entry design and leaky frame. This need serious attention. I would almost rate a 2 if not fixed. The front bedroom was very cold since it was majorily affected by the bad frontal design. The front looks good but not very practical. Might could add radiant heaters at the entry to create a heat wall. I cannot speak for summer temp condiotions as i have not experienced it.

It was dirty all over the place. Cut nails on the couch Slides on the walls Hairs an crumbs all over the floor Hairs in the shower No curtain shower The place was Freezing cold because floor and windows are not isolated at all. We were literally walking on ice cause we’re were on ground floor. No plates glasses utensils what so ever except one dirty plate and one dirty glass in the dishwasher. We left the morning after we arrived even if we were suppose to stay 2 nights. We tried to communicate with them. No answers since we left. Owner should be shy to rent a place like that and charge people to stay there. My advice: stay far away from this place. It’s disgusting.

Everything was super easy, and fast, staff was very friendly. The apartment was gorgeous 😍 check out again fast and easy over all just a nice relaxing stay.

Our stay was great, location is close to everything, view was amazing. Building staff was helpful, apartment had appliances available to use, rooms were mostly clean, however there were a lot of stains on the couch and on the dish rack. Elevator service on the property was disappointing, we had to wait about 7-15 min and even longer for an empty elevator (only one working elevator), a heads up on that would’ve been appreciated. We were told by residents that it’s been an issue for about a year. Not convenient to take stairs when you have little kids/stroller

Property location is hard to find. "Front desk" is located inside the arcade for the apartment building and the front desk for the apartment building didnt know what i was talking about when I mentioned Meadowvale Apartment Hotel. The room itself was disgusting. Floors had dirt and hair all over. The beds were dirty and had hair on pillow cases and linens. And that wasnt even the worse part of the room. There was no heat and no hot water and there was no maintenance professional to fix the issues.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the check-in location was a bit difficult to find — I had to call the staff to get the exact directions.

Oh lawd, can I even send a photo in this review? Idk but communication is the worst, if it isnt bad, it is worst. Was nervous they would scam me of my money when I tried to msg and call them for how to check in. And because of all the previews reviews I was able to find how to check in. But I shouldn’t have to do that though. Pathetic way to check in imo, there is a not so visible sign at the arcade to go to circle-k to get your key, and so I went to circle k and was told to go back to the arcade. Alright sounds super stupid but I had to check in. Got my key, room was extra cold - even santa would be shivering here. Bed was dirty like a container you couldn’t wash off the pasta sauces out. The blanket look like it had some doodoo stains in it and when you lift the sheets, period blood stains where dried out. Oh to add to the doodoo stains, in the crevices of the blanket are lil pellets of what looks like dried poo from rats. Nasty, anyways we chose this place cuz of the kitchen but how am I spose to cook if the only thing that was there are two non-stick pots clearly been disrespected by previous tenants. Idk how people become animals, I thought humans are the most intelligent, clearly not. So then we look at the sorry looking utensils and it literally is just a spoon and fork. I was crying of laughter for how pathetic it looks. Please just go to 404 steeles flea market. They sell 0.99$ utensils. All in all, decent place but also not.

No dishes because they were all in the dishwasher and it hadn’t been started. There was no detergent either, which is maybe why they hadn’t started the dishwasher? It smelled rly bad in there. No cups. I got an email saying I needed to download an app and send my id but when I called the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about. Overall it was kind of a chaotic experience and I wasn’t sure we’d even get into our accommodation that night. Better communication (without having to call or send info to a random email) would have been appreciated.
