Front desk, housekeeping and food service are good. Bedsheets and pillowcases are new and floor are clean and hotel rates is good.

Staff was very nice and attentive. Clean towels were provided, room was clean. There are some renovations going on so that has the outside kind of sketchy looking but it was an overall great stay.

Maintenance: bathroom shower needs grouting, toilet seat needs tightening Pools: indoor closed for repair, no repairs evident during the 4 days we were there, outdoor pool was cold but usable on the hot days Evening staff excellent and very helpful, morning staff also helpful Breakfast: would have liked more variety for our extended stay

I think they can repave the parking lot and spruce up the outside along with the lobby. It doesn’t look to appealing.Need hospitality to throughly clean rooms. They left used towels in our room. Staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better and the elevators need work.

We arrived late and nobody was at the front desk to greet us. It took nearly 30 minutes to check in and when we arrived to our room it was stuffy and the A/C was not plugged in (it was over 100 degrees that day). We decided to cut out stay short and Sherry at the front desk was extremely helpful and very understanding.

The AC was in the corner of the room so it didnt reach the whole room well. There was also an elevator that always stopped on the second floor. Overall the staff was very nice but the facility was poorly maintained and the room and hallway were not well air conditioned.

Property under construction. Bfast was a hard pass. Questionable people in parking lot. ZERO curb appeal. Close to Outlets, but not W&M.

This is a 2 star motel for under $100 so I didn't expect much. When I walked in to the lobby, it smelled moldy and soggy. But I was pleasantly surprised by my upgraded and very comfortable room. I would absolutely stay here again. The location is great, the price was right. Very happy with my stay.

Room was clean but bathroom sink was majorly low. other parts of the hotel need major cleaning & overhaul - one elevator in question - soft spots on floor, door doesn’t fully shut, seems of walls in elevator pulling apart, exterior landscaping in parking lot needs trimming, empty flower pots at main door, lobby smells like smoke , hallways dirty - I would NEVER stay at this hotel again nor recommend it - if I could of cancelled the reservation after seeing in person, I would have done so

Had everything I needed for a good nights sleep at an affordable rate compared to other hotels nearby. Thought the location was good, just a little outside of town, but there are sidewalks which allowed me to take a walk into the shopping district and explore a bit.

The hotel decor was bit outdated, however, the room was clean and the young woman who checked us in was friendly and personable. Overall, a decent place to stay; we would stay again.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Plenty of parking. Breakfast- they need to hire more staff in the breakfast area for the weekend crowd. At one point there was no coffee for about 15-20 min. No muffins for at least 30. No real options for creamer and sweetner. The condition of the hotel itself was rough. They are obviously renovating but they need to do a lot of finish work The room needs a bedside lamp for reading instead of only bright overhead lights

This is a very basic stay. Room was relatively clean; however, there was no hot or warm water - staff never told us upon check-in even though we found out a pipe burst a few days prior and it hadn't been repaired. Curtains didn't open or close, air system was difficult to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything outside your door. Prior to booking or staying, I recommend asking when the room was previously stayed in and whether there are any issues.

I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. That was all topped off by coming back at the end of the day to find that my door had been left open by the cleaning staff. The woman who cooked the breakfast was very pleasant.
