Room was very clean and plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment size refrigerator was very nice plus kitchenette had some basic dishes including a wine cork! Only thing I could ask for is no where to hang up my clothes for the next day, or a hanger.

The room was very clean and quiet. The area not what we expected (a tad "run down"). No real interaction with staff as there is none onsite but if in the area for another cruise, we would most likely book here again. No nearby food that we felt safe walking to. We door dashed both dinner and breakfast the next morning.

We stayed at The Jaxon before our cruise. It was in a convenient location. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, toiletries were nice. We had booked one night on our return from cruise but decided to do two nights. The customer service was very helpful. We had a great stay here both times!

Clean, comfortable nicely redone boutique hotel. I like the check in process :) I like that you don't wait in a line to check in you just do online/text. No issues whatsoever. Really enjoyed this place and would recommend it.

The room was small but everything was clean. Not the greatest area but you can Uber to Clematis Street to go grab some drinks and food.

The Hotel is very beautiful and quiet the truth they give you almost what you need in the Hotel they give you towel soap cream even shoes and towels of course There's even coffee and milk and if you want to cook there's talks there's everything in there the only thing I didn't like is the kitchen it's very close to the bed if you cook something the sheet for Willy was the food 😅😅😅
