The place was within a walking distance to downtown Saskatoon and there was a convenience store, a restaurant and a coffee shop close by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

There is no buffet style breakfast that we paid extra for All we got was 2 slices of bread a muffin an apple and a juice box Totally disappointed The restaurant and bar were not even open We did not have a good sleep with all noise from the traffic on the street, the cars pulling in and out all night and people walking around and yelling You can hear everything from inside the room

It would be very easy to miss the turn off to get into the parking lot. The room did not look anything like the pictures and I couldn’t find the breakfast room to save my life. for the location, I would say probably not suggestible for people who have children.

Even if you leave the annotation very clean as you received it, they charge you the deposit, it's a robbery, besides they don't clean all the snow and it's unsafe to access the stairs

Bare bones room. No heat. Only one blanket. Pillows were lumpy. Floors on bathroom were sticky from?? Daylight visible around door when it was shut and locked. No grab bars or anti-slip mat in tub. No power to electrical outlets where I would have plugged in my charging cords. Bedside lamp had no power due to electrical outlets not working. BUT front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Would I stay there again? Maybe…if I arrived very late and was only staying for one night. The price was right.

We checked it at the midtown premium yesterday January 19, 2026, as I have an appointment nearby the place. We go to the receptionist as long as you enter you smell the old and not pleasant odor. The guy was nice and helpful.The room was smell awful. The washroom are not same as the pictures shown at the ads. It's very far from the pictures at the ads. the place was not safe at all. I will not come back at that place. It's horrible!!!

Pretty run down - room seemed clean but falling apart. Temperature controls didn’t seem to do anything, very hot. Door access didn’t work properly with the key card.

staff behavior was very inappropriate. just opened the door without our permission and entered our room saying that you didn't open the door when he knocked. zero privacy for customers. i will never come back again to this hotel . worst hotel ever in saskatoon

This was certainly one of the worse places we’ve ever stayed, we felt very unsafe here and the room was not good, the shower didn’t work properly and our next door neighbours where very sketchy people, the walls were paper thin, we couldn’t sleep all night because the people next to us where screaming and fighting all night and in the midst of that playing loud music, at some point in the night their smoke detector went off and a little while later ours did too, no idea why ours went on when we didn’t do anything other then trying to get some rest which was impossible, all I know is that I would never recommend anyone to go here unless you’re up to no good yourself and don’t feel super unsafe when you hear fighting and screaming all night and no one does anything about it. There were even people trying to open our door, we could hear the noise in our room when this keycard was denied.

Staff at the front desk are always super friendly. This time - not sure if it was because of the holidays or the cleaning crew - but we had to ask repeatedly for the room to be cleaned. We were there for 10 days and the toilet bowel was never cleaned. They did however came late at night when we realized they didn't leave any TP and the dropped it off which was great. Complimentary breakfast of toast, fruit, coffee and juice was nice. Felt safe and it was usually quiet if not one call the the front office settled things down.

Hair on my pillow, toilet and shower. The water only has 2 temperatures: too hot, and freezing. But you don’t need to worry about switching between them, the shower switches between the 2 temperatures at no additional cost! People screaming and getting into fist fights at all hours of the night

The hotel was easy to locate and the receptionist was courteous. The room was clean but basic. Just to note that the hotel doesn't offer airport shuttle as stated on the website.

The facilities are outdated and not kept up. Worn out blankets and towels. Only toast for breakfast with coffee. 4 things offered On restaurants menu. Restaurant and bar is filthy. Carpet ripped and grossly filthy . Bathroom was horrendous....paper all over a Very wet floor. Bath tub was painted and paint was peeling off. Can't believe that Expedia would allow this place on their list.
