Un muy buen lugar para ir a zonas de interés. El personal del hotel te ayuda desde la llegada al aeropuerto y consiguiendo actividades de interés. En general, fue excelente.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, making my stay very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel. Amazingly beautiful views, comfortable rooms, strong internet, and a friendly staff that treats you like family. They have a nice rooftop restaurant and 24 hour room service. It’s a magical place to make memories in Giza and Cairo.

Loved staying here. Great staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Loved my rooftop massage by the pool with Ammar. He even included electro-therapy for my sore muscles. Felt so much better after! He rocks!

It’s the best place to stay in Giza, the view is honestly priceless. Location is less than a 10 minute drive to the pyramids, so doing your excursions is very convenient. The service was impeccable, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Le staff est sympathique. Les environs de l'hôtel ne sont vraiment pas agréables : réserver un taxi ou un Uber pour chaque trajet.

The hotel was acceptable. However, the staff was AWFUL. Without going into extensive detail, I strongly caution future guests about booking pickups, drop-offs, or sightseeing through Omar. We were relentlessly harassed by Omar and other staff members to the point that a friend who lives in Egypt advised us to call the police. Although we did not involve law enforcement, the situation became so frustrating that we forfeited the money we had paid and chose not to stay for the second night of our reservation. Fantastisk utsikt.

Toppen hotell med fantastisk utsikt över pyramiderna. Luktade gott på hela hotellet. Fräscht och alltid städat rum med nya handdukar och toalettartiklar varje dag. Serviceinriktad personal som svarade snabbt och hjälpte till när det behövdes. Skönt med en pool på taket där vi kunde slappna av på solstolarna.

We had an excellent stay at Pyramid Yard Hotel! The location is amazing, right in front of the pyramids – waking up to such a view is truly unforgettable🤩. We were two travelers and we were especially touched by the kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff❤️‍🔥.The activities offered were very well organized and reasonably priced, which allowed us to make the most of our trip. A special thank you to Omar, the receptionist, who was helpful, always smiling, and very accommodating. Thanks to him and the whole team, we felt genuinely welcomed🙏. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to discover Egypt in a warm and authentic atmosphere🌞.

This hotel was an absolute false advertisement from the pictures that it had on Expedia. The area was absolutely awful and dirty, and it smelled so bad. The room had no window and it was like a dorm room… The soliciting around the hotel is absolutely crazy. The staff was absolutely amazing, but I would never recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone.

Nous regrettons que le logement a été sale dès notre arrivée que le chauffe-eau faisait un bruit extraordinairement fort, nous empêchant de dormir, ainsi que la climatisation qui faisait que de se couper de se rallumer pendant la nuit, une chaleur étouffante, une pollution étouffante, les plats de la carte de l’espèce de Restaurant ne ressemblait absolument pas à ce qu’on avait dans l’assiette et le bruit, le bruit le bruit de la rue car il n’y a pas de double vitrage. Maintenant le personnel, même si il ne parlait pas français a réussi quand même à être agréable et à nous trouver des solutions lors de plusieurs problèmes. En effet, certaines excursions liées à expédia, on t’entraînait certainement des sous-traitance et dans ce type de pays, ce n’est pas évident quand on ne parle pas la langue

飛行機の遅れ＆空港送迎予約タクシーの遅れが重なって深夜にチェックインとなりました。 Expediaを通して事前に連絡していたからかホテルの前でスタッフ？の方が待ってくれてました。 心地いい受け入れをしてくださったのですが、私服の方で電話をしながらと言う対応に違和感を持ってましたが、やはり翌日より色々と問題発生！！ ２日目、補充不足のバスタオル1枚とドリンキングウォーター2本頼んだら、バスタオル1枚とハンドタオル2枚が来て、依頼内容と違う事を伝えると何故かトイレットペーパーが2個来ました。ほぼコントです。 その後、1時間ほど待ってもウォーターが来ないのでフロントに行ったら１本2ドルと言い出して…。 挙げ句の果てには「当ホテルはルーズなので…」とのビックリコメント。 尚、別日もタオルの交換をお願いしたのですがやはり頼んだ枚数と違いました。 ウォーター補充も無し。 また、部屋はバルコニーからピラミッドが見える部屋の予約だったのに目の前にホテルの建造障害物があったので(仕切りの無い)隣の部屋のバルコニーに立ち入ってみることになりました。 あと、部屋には… ハンガー無し。 ドライヤー無し。 ちょうどロビーにいる時に髪が濡れた女性の方がドライヤーを借りに来られてました。 ティッシュペーパーも無し。 レストランにはティッシュペーパーあるのに部屋への配置はしないのが標準だそうでトイレットペーパーを余分に貰う形になりました。 あと、エアコンは温度設定がほぼ効かない。 結露？の水が噴き出してしまう事になってしまい私物が少し濡れてしまいました。 あと、バルコニー付きの部屋の直上にはレストランがあるのですが椅子を動かしたりする音が閉店？くらいまで響いてきて結構気になります。 いい点としては… 海外ホテルには珍しく使い捨てスリッパがありました。(4泊で一足だけでしたが) また、徒歩10分弱程度のとこにカルフールスーパーがあるので飲食物の買い物とお菓子類の少しのお土産はここでも買えると思います。 あり得ない事が多すぎでしたがお国柄として理解するしかないものなんでしょうかね？ 総合で考えると次は無いかなと思います。

The property had an amazing view of the pyramids which i enjoyed evey morning while having breakfast in the roof restaurant. The concierge omar was incredible attentive seyting up grrat guides in cairo like professor Mohmoud and mr Hesham. He also set up trip to luxor from flights to activities, drivers and a great guide in mr Emad. Heva arrange a driver for my entire time in cairo Mohamed was excellent always early, super polite and good navegator in the madness of cairo traffic and colorful style of driving. Mr. Omar always kept in touch to make sure tours were going well and i was enjoying myself. He was super attentive from me booking my stay to me reaching my destination after leaving cairo.( Man doesn't sleep always available no matter the time.) front desk yousef and Aya super polite always welcoming. All in all very appreciative on the experien all this lovely people gave me it was a lifelong dream of mine to visit Egypt and they made it unforgettable.

The hotel is satisfactory, offering a pleasant view of the pyramid, and the room was tidy. The food is acceptable, although the complimentary breakfast leaves much to be desired; however, it is 'FREE'. The staff are friendly and extremely accommodating throughout our entire stay. Special thanks to the team that made our visit to Egypt remarkably effortless. Omar Reta, the hotel manager, assisted us in booking a four-day tour and went above and beyond to help us with a special request to return items I purchased from one of the stores. He even came to the hotel on his day off. Mohammed Hamad, our driver, was exceptionally pleasant and always responded with a smile, never saying 'No'. Memo, our excellent tour guide at the Great Pyramid, shared his extensive knowledge about the pyramid with us. He is a very intelligent guide, as far as I can tell. Hasam, our tour guide in Alexandria, demonstrated a deep understanding of the location and the history of the great Alexander. Overall, my wife and I were extremely pleased that we made the trip to Egypt and had the opportunity to meet these remarkable individuals. I am grateful for everything! An effortless 5-star service!
