Amazing staff, beautiful views of the pyramids, great restaurants, we felt safe and secure, we loved our tour guide radwa who the hotel linked us with. I highly recommend her, she’s extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and fun! She takes INCREDIBLE photos.

Super venligt personale, på den bedste placering, med den mest betagende udsigt fra værelse 601. Håndteringen af tur ønsker var virkeligt professionelt. Vores anbefaling er dog at man undlader at sejle på Nilen. Det er noget rod.

Neom er placeret lige ved pyramide-plateauet, og har et meget hjælpsomt og venligt personale. Værelserne er fine, men pga. man skal være klar til en del støj fra vejen udenfor (bilerne dytter hele tiden i Giza) - så medbring evt. ørepropper. Hotellets restaurant er ok uden at være prangende eller særlig interessant. Alle vi talte om fraråd os at spise streetfood i området, hvilket var lidt trist. Godt udgangspunkt for oplevelser i Cairo.

We had a 24 hour stopover in Cairo and this hotel was perfect. We were able to walk to the sphinx entrance very easily and then had a camel ride around the pyramids. The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are very friendly and we had a fantastic view of the pyramids from the room balcony

Very good hotel in a great location. People who worked there was very helpful, especially Rasha. Rasha made everything possible what is needed to have a great vacation, ask her if you need anything from help to great tours what they offer

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very attentive, especially, Ms. Rasha! She was very SWEET! The rooftop view is amazing and the breakfast was very good.

Great hotel with great service located centrally. Very noisy as most of the hotels are. Constant car honking and music playing but it is out of the hotels control thats just Egypt. The hotel itself is very nice although some attention could be shown to repair especially the windows that dont close fully or are not sealed properly letting dust and sand in all the time. The restaurant here is wonderful, the service is great, and overall a good stay but the beds were hard as a rock so if your a light sleeper maybe seek elsewhere but I would recommend overall if your able.

My son and I stayed one night for our layover so we didn’t have a lot of time. This location was perfect. We could see the pyramids from our room and the staff was amazing. The food was good too. We had everything we needed and our Customer relations rep Rasha made sure we were taking care of. I’ll definitely visit again for a longer stay.

Nice new hotel, free upgrade to pyramid view room, spacious room, comfy bed, walking distance to pyramids gate. Friendly staff, especially at the front desk, and Rasha and Sabry always smiling and helpful. We would stay again!

Newer hotel clean rooms and best views from upper floors and roof top deck was great. Staff were extremely friendly and the airport shuttle was a good choice. They provided nice tour options for nearby attractions.

The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. The room were very clean and the whole property area was very nice location and I would recommend it to everybody to visit. The breakfast was very limited. I was expecting a bit more variety.

Due to government mandates, there is no running water at some times of the day. Yet, at no time the hotel personnel notified guests about this issue. It would be nice to at least have some kind of transparent warning at checkin time that there will be moments without water, so the guest can gauge their expectations. On another note, Maggie, from the restaurant, is an awesome waitress and really helpful every time we needed it during breakfast.
