Fantastic stay. Did a weekend getaway with my fiancé. Easy check in, room was amazing, free laundry sevices ans modern amenities. The jetted tub was nice after a long day of hiking.

My favorite parts of our stay besides the normal-was that there was lots of assorted pillows (different firmness/softness) this is a huge perk! There were even extras in the closet. I love this because people have different preferences and this made our stay so much more comfortable!

The bed was infested with bed bugs and we had several bites. We have pictures and video of the bugs.
It was my worst stay at any hotel, short term rental or vacation home.
The staff was not helpful.

Property was very good, 15 minutes from Sedona. Receptionist Carrie was very helpful. Unfortunately we got an email that the room we booked would not be an available for the entire stay and we would need to move to another room. After we complained to Orbitz, we were able to stay in our room, but it definitely this made our stay uncomfortable.

This is a timeshare trap. I’d give it 5 stars if they would’ve not try to get me to come to some meeting with a promise of 2. Nights 3 days if you listen to this meeting… it was late, we were trying to get to dinner and the dude would not stop talking about all these options, even after I told them that is something we are not interested in at all.

The room that we were given was close proximity to a very loud busy road with traffic all through the night. Also the room had paper thin walls and we could hear the people in the room next to ours till way after midnight. Plus the room had a weird odor that left a bad scent on all our clothes.
We had the room reserved for 2 nights but checked out a day early without a refund.
