Impeccably clean!!! Beautifully decorated room! A lovely little kitchen in the common area. Wonderful continental breakfast! Well located near all the sights. Many restaurants, cafes and shops within a few minutes walk. Marco was extremely welcoming and accommodating. He picked us up at the train station, helped with luggage and arranged transportation to the airport.

Our host was so kind. He helped us out with any questions we had and tried to get us whatever we needed. He went the extra mile. We were very impressed and would return should we get the opportunity to stay in beautiful Tivoli again.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Residenza Carlandi Tivoli. It’s a beautiful 16th-century residence, with nicely renovated and spacious rooms. The residence is located right in the heart of Tivoli’s historic centre, in a lively area with lots of restaurants, terraces and cafés. We would have been happy to stay even longer. A special thanks to Marco, our host, who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with just about anything you may need. His recommendations on places to visit and things to do were a great addition to our stay. Molte grazie, Marco, and hope to see you again next time!

We had a wonderful host who picked us up from the train station. Breakfast delivered every morning at requested time. Great cappuccinos, juice, croissants, and traditional Italian sandwiches. Everything was within walking distance. Easy bus ride to Villa Hadrian-UNESCO Heritage Site. Lovely visit!

Fomos muito bem recebidos, entretanto não espere muita coisa do café da manhã que é quase simbólico. A localização do hotel em relação a estação ferroviária é um pouco complicada para ir a pé com bagagens, porque tem algumas ladeiras

I had a great experience with this property. The host was amazing, very easy to communicate, he went beyond expectations and did everything possible and impossible to help us and make our stay comfortable. The property is beautiful and comfortable to stay, well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property and would come back again,

The location is amazing, right in the middle of the oldest part of town but the building (from the 16th century) itself is even more amazing! It is renovated so that it is completely comfortable but they have managed to keep All the old world charm and individuality! Marco, the owner could not have been more helpful and made our stay stress free! Truly a gem and highly recommended!!!

We stayed in a very wonderful guesthouse. The place is historic and area is walkable to most places you want to go. Marco the owner greeted us and showed us around and even offered to drive us to some attractions because we came by train. Amenities were great, house was very clean and safe. We only stayed 2 nites but enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great at the place but there are lots of restaurants around the area.. Marco was very friendly and easy to talk to so we felt very welcome. Thanks again Marco!

Vi fik et dejligt ophold på Residenza Carlandi Tivoli, hvor vi boede 2 nætter. Et godt B&B midt i Tivoli. Værten + familie var fantastisk hjælpsomme, da vi havde problemer med at finde frem til huset. Værten var i øvrigt hjælpsom med ALT. Morgenmaden var italiensk med juice, cappuccino og croissant. Huset ligger, hvor der ikke må køre biler. Der var rent og pænt. Tæt på alle serværdigheder og restauranter. Betalingsparkering 200 m fra Residenza. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Il punto forte del B&B è la posizione. In centro, vicinissimo a tutto e con un parcheggio a pagamento coperto a 300 m dalla struttura (1€ l'ora). La colazione è servita in convenzione con un bar vicinissimo e veramente ottimo. La stanza era pulita, e abbastanza grande, un po' buia ma come generalmente accade nei palazzi in centro con poca distanza uno dall'altro. Accessori in camera come bollitore e macchina per espresso, in più una cucina attrezzata al piano per chi ne volesse fare uso. L'acqua in bottiglia offerta è stata molto apprezzata. Per chi è sensibile al rumore, la strada sotto la camera non è silenziosa. Il proprietario è molto attento e gentile.

Perfectly located in the middle of Tivoli’s «centro storico». A beautiful residenza with 3 or 4 very stylish spacious rooms. Very nite, nice and clean rooms and surroundings, and a very helpful and sweet host, Marco, always at your disposal. We’ll definitely come back!
Lovely, and very historical little city with cosy and narrow streets and very nice shops, restaurants and people
