Great from the moment we stepped in. Free parking, friendly and very quick check in. Clean spacious room and most of all a large comfy bed :D

Our stay at Premier Inn, Eureka Park Ashford

Staff very helpful and friendly, Tim in the reception was very welcoming. Our room was spotless, exceptional bed, TV good with lots of channels. Bathroom spotless too. All the food was good, served with a smile (even got my porridge in record time!) Will definitely stay there again.

This was our first time at this hotel. I've stayed at several Premier Inn hotels around the UK and always had a good experience, but this was not the case here unfortunately. The TV signal was terrible, so most channels were unable to be watched. The quilts are far too heavy for this time of the year, so it was too hot to have on the bed and we ended up keeping the air conditioning on all night. The bed frame wasn't secure, so made a lot of noise in the night. On the plus side, the location was ideal as very close to Ashford Outlet which we visited. There are plenty of places on the site to eat including Beefeater, McDonald's, Frankie & Benny's, KFC and Burger King. The staff were friendly on arrival and the shower was very good.

As you can see, not pleased with the Ashford in. Confusion on my booking I thought I was booking September 9, 2026 apparently not it defaulted to the day I was booking it May 9, 2026, and got billed for a night stay while I was still in California and was a no-show at Ashford in England.Politely contacted them told him I needed to change my date of arrival to the correct date and they said too bad so sad and we’re not forthcoming in trying to fix the mistake or work with me to let me book another night. Was looking forward to staying there, but now I will find a different place to stay if the management is such that they are not flexible caring or compassionate enough to deal with mistakes.

Great place to stop before heading to Le Shuttle. Plenty of food places pretty quiet. The lift was broken when we arrived and we were on the 2nd floor, but the staff offered several times to help carry bags up the stairs which was very kind!
