Truly a masterpiece, and so comfy! I just hiked Mount Marcy, and this location was the best I could ask for! The staff were most helpful, and the restaurant was delicious! Highly recommended!

Can't rate the staff-never saw anyone. The code was texted to us and the key was inside the room. Nice hotel, though.

Great location in Lake Placid. Clearly, newly renovated. Looks great. Checkin process took a little to get use to with a code having been sent to my email but ended up in junk. Not sure whether that is a phone issue, user error, or something you need to adjust to.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the Cascade was in a perfect location at an unbelievable price! Exceptionally clean and modern rooms!

Clean room, comfortable bed, and easy parking. The only issue was that there was no hair dryer in the room. I guess I'm so used to that being an automatic amenity that I didn't take notice it wasn't on the list when booking. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it. We also ate at the restaurant, and the food was very good, and the staff was super nice.

Clean and new room, AC, WiFi, beds and a shower. If they add a dresser or a closet to hand clothes it would be complete.

Check in and out is super easy! Very very quiet area and it’s a perfect distance from the village as well as major hiking trails. Very updated rooms, nice bathroom, and toiletries are provided which is always a plus. The only thing I would suggest is a microwave in the rooms! But that’s just me being picky. Amazing place will 100% be back here again:)

It was self check in, which was very convenient. Room has been updated and in very nice condition. Price was good and location was just outside of town of Lake Placid. Overall, a great place!

Newly renovated and very clean. They added mini fridge and desk in rooms. Great location near lax fields for tournament and across street from Craig Wood Golf Couse. I did not try the restaurant but it looked busy while open over the weekend. I will definitely return.
