The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get everything I needed. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is some what conveniently located with excellent harbor view. It is a bit old with only one elevator in operation when we visited. The room was spacious for HK standard and nicely equip. The room is clean with daily housekeeping service. The staff were relatively helpful.

景色は良かった。フロントの階を間違い、バックヤードに入ってしまい、あまりの乱雑さにびっくり、チェックインの時はヤバいと思ったが、部屋は普通の広さで良かった。新しい内装なのに掃除がいい加減で、黒ずんでたり、カルキが固まっていたりで、安い分そうなんだと思った。

After a very frustrating check-in experience with a very cold, complacent and unqualified female employee at the front desk, we finally ended up with the room category we originally booked and paid for here on this website (it took three attempts, with zero assistance and zero apology for the hassle). It must be stated that the harbour view was, in fact, outstanding. The location is convenient, and just a short walk to the sights and sounds of Wan Chai. The price point is higher than many other nearby properties in the area, however, the view of Victoria Harbour from our room was one to be remembered. The check-in counter is located on the third floor. There is no restaurant located on the premises. Air conditioning was okay. There is no in-room safe for valuables. Bedding and room amenities were good. Despite the very unimpressive check-in experience, we can recommend this property as one to consider when booking a hotel in the vicinity of Wan Chai, Hong Kong Island.

3 stars property conditions, 4 stars room service staff, 5 stars harbour view! This appears to be a hotel that has changed management more than once in recent years, and it appears to be in the beginning stage of its slow downhill journey. The facilities (hardware) is beginning to show its age. The room service staff is still very competent and efficient, and is able maintain a certain level of experience for the guests. The main selling point of this hotel is that all rooms have an amazing view of the famous Hong Kong harbour, something many higher priced hotel can't provide. (The windows facing the harbour are floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall!) This hotel is moderately convenience in terms of transportation. Unless you happen to be taking the few bus routes that pass by the front of the hotel, there is an approximately 10 to 15 minutes' walk to the subway, main street bus routes and the history tramway, so weather conditions may become a factor for that walk. There are plenty of restaurant near by, from the humble local joints to higher end ones, with many different kinds of food offered.

I don't understand why the hotel don't appear on Google but instead it's called Crafa Harbour hotel instead. Very confusing. At first on ground floor it didn't look too bad. But when you get to the 3rd floor reception the reality sets in. It's more like a building that got converted into a "Hotel with rooms". Everyone who picked this hotel only can give credit to the view and high ceiling. However, I was given a 5th floor room, which has hardly any view. The lift landing to the rooms, are old, musky smelling & dark & doesn't give a girl a good feeling to stay here. Rooms Upon enter the room, it had a musky even drainage smell. It's not fresh - not sure from the carpet, room or the bathroom drainage. The room seems to be back in time in the 80s. They have change the TV & added 1 new electrical socket with usb socket. Cupboards & mini bar cupboards are old. Aircon rattles all the way! Bathroom still old although it seems like they did some refurbishment of the sink, toilet, shower heads. Kudos - towels were thick fluffy & clean, shower pressure was strong & hot water. There was also slippers. I guess for the price it's fairly good value for money. High ceiling. I think if you're a male guest, you might not mind so much. But I won't come back again.

The best view of Victoria Harbor! The room is perfectly sized, very clean and the location is very accessible to local transport, restaurants and shopping! Closer to Causeway Bay than the lively part of Wanchai.
