The entire experience start to finish was unacceptable.
It began with an email that in order to get the room, I would need to either put down an additional $59 nonrefundable deposit or a $300 credit card hold. This is so strange and unlike any other property I've ever stayed at.
What is the point of a nonrefundable security deposit? That's just literally another fee.
The space itself was very cheap--uncomfortable bed, very drafty, tiny shower, and unable to adjust the heating. Corners cut in every way.
You have to walk up a long flight of stairs. These were totally covered in ice; no one had cleaned them and it was very dangerous.
I woke up 2x in the night because the walls are so thin.
This is really a miserable place to stay and I would never recommend anyone elect to choose it. Please do not be fooled by the nice pictures and the lovely plants. It is cheaper than every other option for a reason.
