Staff was so stupid, the rooms were filthy very dirty and toilets were miserable. There was no water one day for like 3 hours

Shower not working properly, toilet leak water.
We stayed just that one night and we booked another hotel .what a waste money

mobile data is very very very slow
distance from haram is 3 times more than the main hotel that was booked for me
not clean and full insects
dead butterfly inside the fridge
and could not even contact you as I was only staying for 2 days and did not want to waste more time
this literally ruined my stay in meccah
the hotel was horrible and not livable

L’hôtel est horrible très sale douche face au toilette pas assez de place pour se doucher drap user navette toute les 1h il se déplace selon son humeur pour le prix c ’est du vol le seul avantage c’est qu’il est à 15 min à pied
