Ok so, if you don't care about a rancid smelling fridge (and freezer), long hair, potentially dog hair, and eyelashes in your bed (suspected flick n forget sheets 😂), scum rings in the bath tub, just enough hot water, and a general grimey couch n carpet, then this is the place for you! It served it's purpose for us to stay for one night in smelly, grimey "comfort", but we won't be returning.

We had an amazing stay here. Everything that was needed was provided. The house was clean and well organised. Would love to stay here again.

Was pretty clean and comfortable except Beds are very hard. Well priced but could do with some extras like extra towels and blankets, a hand towel, washing up liquid, a chux to wipe benches, a water jug for the fridge and ice cube trays. Inside was pretty nice but outside is right next to the stables and the smell was pretty bad. Thankfully couldn’t smell it inside with windows closed. Overall good value for money

The unit was tidy but unfortunately it was dirty. The bed linen and towels were stained and had previous guests hair and makeup on them. The shower/bath was not properly cleaned, again hair in the drain and on walls. There were dirty mugs in the cupboard and the milk pods in the fridge were half used. Overall it looked like it had not been cleaned between guests.

Check-in was easy, however check-in time isn’t until 3pm. Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness and setup issues. There was hair in the bathroom tub drain and also hair in the quilt cover on the double bed, which was off-putting. The bath tub had no plug unless you use the kitchen sink plug but it would be nice to supply separate plug for bath tub. The couch had visible marks on it, and there was also a hat left behind from a previous guest, which made it feel like the place hadn’t been thoroughly checked before our stay. The fridge was not plugged in on arrival; it would have been nice if it was already turned on. There were no face cloths or hand towels provided, only bath towels, which was fine but having the others would have been appreciated. There were also a lot of flies inside the accommodation, which led to us having to buy fly spray. The nearby horse stables don’t smell too bad, but since you stay indoors most of the time, the number of flies inside made it extra off-putting. Outside, there were cigarette butts everywhere. Providing an ashtray might help with this. There was also quite a bit of rubbish outside, especially in the car parking area, which affected first impressions.

I'd give it 0.5 out of 10. 1) Upon arrival had to negotiate 19 stairs that looked like they were from the last century quite a number were loose. 2) The code they sent me didn't work. Called and got voicemail. Finally spoke to someone and they reset the code, initially for the wrong unit but finally got in. Then a few minutes later got a callback from my voicemail message. 3) Place smelt mouldy but later discovered another smell. 4) Bathroom was dirty. Sink was partially blocked and it took the water quite a few minutes to drain so couldn't overuse. 5) Oven was disgusting. 6) Laundry area was a total mess and stunk. 7) Weird TV channels and controller hard to work, needs new batteries maybe. Managed to get some weird black & white old cowboy movie channel. 8) Whilst watching a movie at about 9:30PM a mouse comes from under the other lounge. Now I realise what the other smell was. 9) Bedsheets and pillow cases had stains on them from previous use. 10) The mattress sunk in the middle so you rolled towards the centre during the night. Basically the worst room I've ever had in my entire life. This place should never be offered as a rental in its current condition.
