Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff and general experience were positive, and everything worked as expected. However, the hotel is showing its age, and it would really benefit from some renovation or modernization. We also appreciated the breakfast that was offered. It was nice overall, especially the freshly made waffles, which were a highlight. The only issue that significantly affected our comfort was the noise from the bathroom ventilation system. The fan produced a constant sound, similar to a distant helicopter, which was noticeable both day and night and made it harder to relax. With some updates and attention to this issue, the experience could be much better.

The room was clean, the staff were nice. Location was very convenient. My stay was comfortable. The only “bad” part was that check out was at 12pm and I asked for a late check out and the staff said they could only extend it to 12:30pm. I let that staff member know that I am an IHG member (A perk of being of being an IHG member is late check out) and she said that 12:30 was all she could do. I would have understood if she said she couldn’t because the room was allotted to an incoming guess but she didn’t look at any computer or papers she just said 12:30. Which lead me to believe she just did not want to extend my checkout. That was disappointing but everything worked out fine so I guess it’s okay.

The room was clean not spotless. The staff were nice. The breakfast was ok no ketchup for the scrambled eggs. Check in and check out was easy. I would stay there again.

The woman at the front desk was kind while checking in. The room was average and had a slight musty smell that gave us a headache. There was a bar of soap in the kitchen sink drain with a washrag hanging on the faucet when we walked in. The bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom which wasn't convenient or private. We were making the best of it until people ran down the hallway pounding on the doors. We ended up leaving shortly after that. There was no one at the front desk when we left. I ran back in (because I forgot my charger) and a man appeared from the door behind the desk. At that point I was too exhausted to bring things to his attention. I think we lasted maybe 5 hours or so before leaving. Not a terrible spot, but not great either for the price.

The staff was very courteous. The room was ok clean wise. I love that they have vinyl flooring now but it was a little dirty and there was a framed picture that had been taken off but you could see the broken piece left on the wall. Kind of odd. The amenities were fine. The price and the friendliness at check in, the cleanliness of the breakfast area was also nice.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. However, I’ve stayed at this property many many times under the former ownership/management and the quality of the rooms has definitely deteriorated. I booked two rooms. One of the rooms was acceptable for a single night stay; the other room had a stained bed covering and the wall lamp was coming apart from the wall. The furniture in both rooms was scratched and battered. I would stay with you again for a single night in and out but would not bring my family or have a longer stay. Sorry

We arrived for breakfast around 9:00am and there was almost nothing left. The hotel was not prepared for the high occupancy of the thanksgiving holiday. In addition, our keys needed to be reactivated every time we got out of the hotel.

No . If these are new owners . They should have upgrated the rooms first. Carpet had stains and was very worn in several spots. And did not look as if the floor was vacumed. Were eating breakfast and a roach was crawling up the wall. Will not be staying there again unless there is a upgrade

I recently stayed at the Willow Grove Suite in Philadelphia. The room itself was comfortable and the location was convenient, which made getting around the city easy. However, there were a few things that could have been better. There was no room service available during my stay, which was disappointing and a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was provided, but it was just okay, nothing special and could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s room for upgrades in service and amenities.
