Location was ideal and easy to access via message as no reception. Staff we saw cleaning were polite, room was small but very clean and a good price for one night. If you're staying in a city centre you expect trades people to start early, the binmen and pub delivery drivers did wake us up but on the third floor with the window shut it wasn't too bad. Summertime might be different.

The process of getting in the Hotel / access was not great. It was not clear as to where you would receive the details to get the access codes for entering the building. You would think that it would be via Expedia, but its to your email. I had to call late afternoon as i did not receive the details and luckily upon calling a staff member he was able to forward me an email with details. Once you had the details the process was simple. The room and amenities are good, but staying on the first floor was not ideal as there is a nightclub or bar of some sort below the 1st floor with you feeling and hearing the loud music in your room and floor vibrations. Could not go sleep until it ended later the night. It may not be like that everyday of the week, but being the weekend it wasn't ideal.

We had an excellent stay from when we first arrived, to when we checked out. We had extremely hot weather during our stay, and unfortunately we were only issued with a floor standing fan which just blew the hot air around. Moving forward with extreme heat waves, maybe install air conditioning in each of the rooms. Would be a lot more comfortable for the guests. However, we will definately be returning for another stay in the not so distant future.

Excellent location and quite a nice building. Rooms nice and very spacious, bathroom had a bath and a separate shower. Downside we had was air con/fan didn’t work (windows didn’t open), and the tv seemed an app only (no bbc, itv etc…) but wasn’t connected to a WiFi so pretty much useless. We found a really dirty T-shirt in the cupboard so cleaning wasn’t that thorough. Great place if you just want a base or just to sleep but not if you are spending any considerable time in the room. Would consider going back but maybe look at somewhere with a 24 hour reception so that the issues we had could have been resolved.

The room was indeed neglected. It was cold and dark and dirty. The curtains were dirty the carpet was frayed, bumpy and very badly stained, it was disgusting. Sadly my efforts to raise these matters with Epic Hotels have been completely ignored. We actually checked out of the hotel within thirty minutes of arriving and stayed in a far nicer venue. The least I would expect is a full refund.

Great location and nice room—however it was super cold as the heating didn’t work. Unfortunately, we also didn’t realize it’s above a night club so the room was vibrating from the music/bass and was quite loud until 2am.
