Would highly recommend staying here. Great location, Chase and Lyndsey are awesome and make sure their guests are cared for. Close to the historic 99 steps that will get you right into downtown.

This property was excellent, we only stayed one night before heading home but wished we had checked it out sooner! It was clean, the owners were so kind and the pool was an added bonus!

Chase and Lindsay were great communicating check in and arranging taxi pick up. Warren G taxi service was always on time and professional. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely would stay there again.

We had a great stay. It exceeded our expectations. Lindsey and Chase treated us as royalty!! Always available and accomodating. Room was cozy, amazing views and accesible by car and just 99 Steps to town!!!

This is a great property on a steep hill. Owner Lyndsay was VERY helpful and provided an introduction to the property even volunteering to help me with luggage. The site is walking distance from the downtown area.

This was a wonderful property! It is definitely an older hotel- but that is the charm! The new owners are clearly taking loving care of it. In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. They helped us by holding our bags since we arrived early, getting our room ready ASAP, and calling a cab when it was time to go to the airport. It was just a wonderful experience and we would absolutely return!

The owners are very helpful and super friendly. The courtyard garden is a great place to view birds and anoles. The view from the pool deck is beautiful.

Highly recommended. The room was clean and spacious, parking was a non issue, the staff did great making sure we had everything we needed from places to go and help with luggage. We stayed with our 2 kids ( 5 and 3 ), so absolutely great for family and/or solo.

Our stay was fabulous! The room was clean, roomy, and air conditioned. The pool was so refreshing and had a wonderful view of the town. It was easily walking distance to town and the 99 steps. Our hosts, Lyndsey and Chase, were genuinely the most welcoming and kind hosts we remember ever having. They spent time welcoming us and familiarizing us with everything we needed to know to make our vacation memorable. Definitely recommend staying here.

We both loved our stay at the Green Iguana. Service was impeccable, owners greeted us at the door, showed us around, and were all around very helpful with arranging taxis and offering recommendations for food and entertainment nearby. Highly recommend!
