We reserved two rooms while traveling with my grandmother, who has mobility challenges. Upon check-in, we learned the elevator was under maintenance and our third-floor rooms were only accessible by stairs. We requested first-floor rooms but none were available.
Staff told the couple ahead of us that repairs would be done by end of day, but assured us it would only be 15-30 minutes. After waiting two hours with no updates, we realized this wasn't accurate.
With no solution offered, we relocated to the Super 8 next door - owned/operated by the same group - a much more dated property. As compensation, we received 15% off coupons for a future stay, which felt inadequate since we never used the rooms we booked.
Maintenance issues happen, but the lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and minimal effort to accommodate accessibility needs was very disappointing. I cannot recommend this property for travelers with mobility limitations.
