Homeless people around the property. We booked 2 rooms, one had no plumbing, completely stopped up and not clean. Food crumbs in the chair, very dirty. Other room had full food in the refrigerator, literally someone's groceries. A guy said people live there on weekly rates and move around as rooms are booked to accommodate guests. Many rooms were torn up, as in under construction but has mattresses and people living in those rooms. A guy at waffle house across the street said he was homeless for several years and he would not stay there. It was very bad. No staff, just a kiosk to check in. This obviously used to be a nice spot with a steakhouse attached but literally looks like an inner city housing project. We left immediately and went right next door for a hotel with a pool, gym, elevator, snack bar and security.
