I can’t contact with them when I checked in since their registered local contact was wrong and out of service. So I can’t check in.
Normally, the hotel or acccomodation send a message in this app before arrival about check in instruction, they didn’t notice me. There was no reply from them against my message which I sent half day ago before check in date.
As you can see, I am traveling a lot but this is first case I can’t check in and no message received in this app before checkin.
I needed to book an alternative hotel and stayed there.
