Fabulous stay at Casa Luis, the staff do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Lots of activities provided and entertainment. Pools are wonderful and the whole place is kept impeccable clean. Bus stop outside the door is great for getting around including directly to the airport

The hotel is lovely and I’d recommend the premium apartments as they are modern and well fitted out. Ours was in the main reception block under the roof top pool and bar which is a must for adults! The best views and cheap drinks! The hotel is a bit of a walk from the centre but don’t let that put you off.

Vi valde att lägga till frukost på plats. Vi betalade €5 för två skivor vitt bröd och €10 för lite skinka. Katastrof. Även städning var bristfällig, AC svår att reglera och ligger väldigt off.

Had no issues with the hotel, very clean, plenty of space around all the pools and good choice of food and drink. Just be mindful that the hotel is not all inclusive as Expedia has advertised. Whether that’s changed on the site yet is still to be established. Can’t fault the hotel and would return.

We stayed in the 4 star apart hotel part of the complex (some are classed as 3 star). Our room was described as premium pool view but was quite dated I think some of the rooms have had a full refurb so would be better. In saying that it was clean, the shower was powerful and the apartment had everything you needed. Plug points in the kitchen area were lacking. Daily maid service was great. Reception staff were extremely helpful. The rooftop pool felt very 4 star. We didn’t stay for the entertainment but the entertainer Jeffrey was v friendly . Quite a walk from town but bus stop near

Overall Casa Luis is 'ok'. We were really surprised that the cleaners dont actually clean the room. They dont clean any rubbish away or make the beds, they simply refresh the towels. The air con wasn't on when we came late at night and it was because they had left the windows open but the curtains shut so we weren't aware and the floor was soakng wet which we had to clean with the towels. I asked for another pillow which they daid they would give me if they had one - I never got it. The best thing about the place is the entertainment guy, he's lovely and very good with the kids. There's something going on each day and the singer one night was very good. Food is ok, basic, dont get the casear salad i its drowning in dressing! Omelette is nice but over salted. Club sandwich is safe and it heard the chicken and chips are good Id say cheap and cheerful but its not that cheap to stay here. A bit of care and attention would help this place improve.

Our stay at Casa Luis was extremely disappointing and not as advertised. The first room had a foul, overwhelming odor and was not properly prepared for the three guests we had booked and paid for. We were eventually moved, only to find the second room was also not set up for three people. When we asked for help, the response was inadequate and added further frustration to an already difficult stay. The laundry machine smelled strongly of mildew, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the bedding was thin and poor quality. The pillows were an unusual, uncomfortable foam. To make matters worse, a garbage truck arrived outside at approximately 3:45 a.m. every night, repeatedly disrupting our sleep. Parking costs €10 per day and is paid upfront, yet a parking space is not actually guaranteed. We repeatedly dealt with parking issues despite having paid for it. The positives: the property is conveniently located near a bus stop, and the air conditioning in the rooms worked well. Unfortunately, those few positives did not make up for the cleanliness, sleep, room-preparation, and parking issues. For the price and based on how the property was advertised, we expected a significantly better experience.

Nee dit mag nooit een 4 sterren accommodatie genoemd worden. Alles kraakt en piept en is extreem gedateerd. Daarnaast bij aankomst een verkeerde kamer gekregen waardoor mijn gezin in plaats van een familiekamer in 2 losse kamers moesten de eerste twee dagen en nachten ver uit elkaar. Niet zoals wij verwacht hadden …
