The location is good but weird. It’s just kind of in the dead end on a street. The views from the rooftop are undoubtably amazing but the problem is food is disgusting and expensive. Stay somewhere with a restaurant and this place is not worth the price that I expected so much better.

Top floor has amazing views, but is underutilized because the furniture is not conducive for lounging, and as covered I grime and dust. The breakfast was average and lacked fresh fruit and other healthy eating options such as yogurt and nuts.

Sejour très agréable , personnel très accueillant et serviable en particulier l’hôtesse qui parlait français . Petit déjeuner copieux qui permet de tenir jusqu’au déjeuner . Seul petit bémol nous partions tôt pour l’aéroport et l’agent d’accueil nous a dit que le conducteur arrivait et il n’était toujours pas là 30 min après , Nous avons dut prendre de notre coté un drive inn et payer encore plus cher , il nous a réclamer plus du double annoncé sur l’application . Alors que nous aurions dut avoir une navette gratuite .

Cet hôtel est situé au milieu d'un chantier de construction du métro. Rien autour ! Impossible de dormir entre les marteaux-piqueurs et les klaxons du trafic. Quant à la nourriture, c'est désolant : Le matin toute la nourriture est sous papier cellophane pour le reproposer le lendemain. Les plats sont servis froids, il faut réclamer le café noir le matin, le beurre est bon marché, quant à la confiture il faut aimer les quetsches ou le miel : aucun choix ! Nous sommes restés deux jours sans eau chaude. Il n'y avait plus de papier toilette et nous avons terminé notre séjour avec des kleenex. Vraiment HOTEL.COM nous a jamais déçus jusqu'à présent mais maintenant la confiance est rompue.

I would describe it as Egyptian shabby chic, although it started it's current ownership at the beginning of this year, I would say it was a hotel previous to that. But it was clean enough. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, Fadl and Yosef were great fun, and know how to keep English people happy, and senior captain was always ready and willing to help, The roof top views of the pyramids are as good as the pictures, and a nice cool pool. Breakfast has plenty of selection, a double espresso was only a couple pound extra. Sadly a metro station is being building outside, with huge generators that run all night, but with ear plugs is wasn't intolerable, My only real complaint was the $100 tour of the pyramids and area, which was basically a taxi and and a guide at the pyramids complex, so absolutely not worth the money, but the guide Charlie was very good, skipped all queues, showed me interesting places away from the crowds, great photo spots, and invited me to dinner. I recommend it as a decent cheap place to stay near the pyramids with happy staff

Enjoyed my stay a lot, roof and room view on the pyramids. Staff is super friendly and helpful, Sandy, Iman and Islam were extremely welcoming. Recommended!

Le personnel incroyable !! Tellement sympathique, aidant , attentionné. L’hôtel super aussi avec un vue époustouflante sur les pyramides. Petit déjeuner très généreux, très propre aussi et le rooftop avec la piscine génial!

This place was so good to me. The staff felt like family. On my birthday they surprised me with a birthday cake and sang for me. They have a good heart. God bless them and their business. It was close to the pyramids that’s why I chose to stay and a rooftop restaurant and pool which was a rare find. I felt comfortable and safe. Comfortable bed and room. The jet bathtub brought life to my tired body. Thanks a million. See you again next year hopefully for a longer stay.

Had a lovely short stay at the hotel. The staff were very curteous and helpful and would go beyond to assist. Got a free transfer to the hotel. Fascinating view of the pyramids while in the rooftop pool or having a meal or even from my room. And it’s 1/10th of the price of the hotel where I initially intended to. It looked empty and I’m sure services would improve if it was busy.

Airport shuttle was a bonus however for a group of 5, late at night having to wait nearly an hour and regular car turn up expecting that we would fit or wait for him to go the 40 mins each way was ridiculous. However the driver was great sorted us a taxi and the race was on to get us there. Being so close and the views of the pyramids was great. We had a hot night as the aircon didn’t work which was disappointing. We were up and out early, the breakfast was mediocre, but sufficient.

What stood out is the pleasant atmosphere my wife and I experienced for our week long stay at the hotel. Despite the noise from the new subway line construction Mr Keroloss upgraded our room to a quieter part of the hotel free of charge. The whole staff treat the customers with respect and courtesy (thank you guys)

Die Lage ist super. In der Nähe der Pyramiden und dem GEM. Kairo Down Town einfach mit Uber erreichbar. Das Hotel-Team ist super nett. Ausflüge Vorort wurden perfekt organisiert (Danke Mimi). Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben eine Menge Informationen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider sind momentan Bauarbeiten zur Metrostation. Sonst 6 Sterne.

I had an amazing stay at the Sahara Pyramids View Hotel. As the name suggests, the view is the absolute highlight—waking up and seeing the Great Pyramids right from the balcony (or the rooftop) was a bucket-list experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, helping with tour arrangements and local tips. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful escape after a long day of exploring. If you want to be steps away from history, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

This hotel was the perfect hotel to stay in. Very clean , the staff was so accommodating the view of the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant was breathtaking. It is in a perfect location close to the pyramids and the grand museum. They have 24 hour security and make sure you are safe. They offer excursions right from the hotel with hotel pickup and Dropoff. I mistakenly left my work iPad and my sunglasses in the room when I departed back to the United States. They contacted me informed me and even went out their way to ship my items back to Me. Best experience with a hotel I ever had . I will definitely be coming back and referring anyone I know to Sahary pyramids view hotel.

This hotel started operations earlier this month (Jan 2026). Facilities and service are at the lower end of the scale but the management commitment is encouraging. The view is real and impressive, but the construction around the hotel spoils any enjoyment of it. And except for the view, the location is no longer favorable since the entrance to the pyramids moved to the newly constructed Great Gate. 3 Stars because the value is in line with this feedback.

Chambre correcte vue sur les pyramides bonne literie sauf les oreillers trop gros salle de bain propre bien équipée petit déjeuner triste et identique tous les matins pas de buffet comme prévu un matin sans pain ni galette pas facile alors de manger le fromage Egyptien ou les autres sauces nous étions peu nombreux cela explique peut être la chose Sinon le roof top est merveilleux pour les repas ou petits déjeuners Le mieux placé à mon avis Dommage qu il ait pas eu de spectacle sons et lumières

Nous avions passés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, après un long voyage depuis la france. je pense que cet hôtel est ouvert récemment car tout est neuf. L’hôtel est très bien situé très proches des pyramides et du grand musée (5 minutes en voiture pour les deux). La chambre est majestueuse et très spacieuse avec une vue sur les pyramide. Petit déjeuner sur roof top avec vue sur pyramide et il y’a également une piscine et des transats. Mention spécial aux personnels qui étaient très aimable et disponible à chaque fois, ils ont facilité notre séjour et déplacement. La navette depuis l’aéroport est assurée gratuitement par l’hôtel, un bar et restaurant est également disponible dans l’établissement. Rien à dire cet hôtel est dignes d’un hôtel européen ( organisation, propreté et les services proposés). Merci beaucoup ma femme et moi gardon un très bon souvenir et une très bonne expérience.

Pour un hôtel neuf, ouvert il y a 3 mois, de nombreuses finitions laissent à désirer : pas de tablette dans la salle de bain, pas d'eau chaude le 1er jour, clé désactivée après chaque utilisation. La navette aéroport est annoncée gratuite, mais seulement pour rejoindre l'hôtel. Pour retourner à l'aéroport on nous a demandé 25USD. Il vaut mieux commander un Uber, moitié moins cher. Le restaurant ne propose qu'un menu, certes abordable (10USD) mais sans choix possible. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus. La literie est de bonne qualité et le personnel fait de son mieux mais le niveau d'anglais est très limité, d'où certaines incompréhensions. Le rooftop avec la piscine offre une vue imprenable sur les pyramides, c'est le gros point fort de l'établissement. Hélas, pour l'instant, la ligne de métro qui permettra de relier le Caire aux pyramides est en construction en passant tout près de l'hôtel. Le chantier fonctionne 24h sur 24 et le bruit permanent gâche le plaisir de cette vue magnifique.

Place was unfinished. Very noisy every night due to construction of the monorail being built infront of the hotel. First night there they had very low water pressure and no hot water. And then Ms. Kamar the waitress with the smile, ripped us off two times for dinner. She kept changing our bill multiple times and wanted dollars instead of Egyptian pounds. If you are in Egypt, you should only be paying in pounds, not dollars. After my husband and I had dinner, not only did we pay extra and a very generous tip, we went back to our room and then got a phone call saying that we underpaid by $4. It didn’t make any sense. Kamar came to our room and said it was her fault that she made a mistake on the bill. Ok one mistake we understand, but then the following night after dinner, we paid in pounds. We asked her to double check the bill to make sure everything was accurate. We gave another high tip, she said yes it’s all good. Then we go back to our room and go to bed. Later, at 10pm at night she came knocking on our door demanding more money and said she forgot to charge us for the wine. My husband & I knew that she was trying to scam us now for a second time. Because of this, we will never ever return. And I won’t recommend this place to anyone! We are kind people but will not accept being treated like this by anyone. Very disappointed!!!! Terrible terrible place.

it was written up as a new hotel which was incorrect. the breakfast was very bad, food from previous day covered in plastic wrap showed up every day of our stay. Shuttle service was very good both ways. Pool area and tables were filthy, banquet chairs outside covered in dust, couldn't see out of some windows because they were so filthy. Mohammed was was an exceptional staff member who went out of his way to serve us in the restaurant and bar.
