We booked in for 1 night to extend our stay in Tintagel. Lovely B&B . Great night sleep and lovely breakfast. The owners was very accommodating. Would recommend

The stay started with a few small issues but the couple you run the hotel sorted this out with the help of the owner very nice people good location the stay was pleasant fantastic breakfast recommend for the price good value

In der Unterkunft wird viel Wert darauf gelegt, dass alles adrett und sauber ist. Das Frühstück war eher einfach bzw. reduziert, Parkplätze hinter dem Haus oder über Nacht kostenlos am Visitor Center. Insgesamt ein guter Startpunkt für Tintagel Castle und Küstenwanderungen.

A tidy and well-maintained place, conveniently located in the heart of the city. We stayed in the family room, which was spacious and comfortable, making for a very pleasant visit. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a great selection of delicious pastries.

After making 5 or 6 phone calls to the property in the few days before our stay we left answerphone messages.. not one was returned. On arrival at the property just after lunchtime we were met by an unhelpful woman who told us we could not book in till 3.30pm. We asked how to get into their car park as it was on a busy road. We were told that car parking was not available due to building work and would have to park in a public car park which was about 500 yds away.my partner is disabled and I am undergoing chemotherapy. Neither of us could manage to carry our bags that far and did not want to leave our car that far away for 3 nights. We booked the hotel because the advert said free parking. We decided to leave without checking in and complained to hotels.com.

This was a very average b&b. Tintagial is not a great place to visit. There are only foundation stones of the castle left, so not much to see.Also, it costs 25 pounds per person to see the stones up clise. I would give the whole town a miss

Everything was fine but we couldnt get parking spot as the spaces were very limited. Moreover, it was very hot, even in the night so we couldnt sleep. there should be a small fan in the room.

I got room that had roof eves that are low. I had my head hit more times on the eves. There are only 2 restaurant deliveries available at the location. The shower and bed sleep was good. The TV in the room has cast option that was convenient. The breakfast was nice.

Es war wirklich nicht zu empfehlen, sehr schmutzige Teppichböden, kein extra Bett oder Bettdecke für mein Kind, obwohl das Hotel wusste, dass wir zu dritt sind. Das schlimmste waren aber einfach die total schmutzigen Fußböden. Einfach ekelhaft. Wir haben über 200 eur gezahlt. Es ist eine Frechheit.

I’m not saying my stay at this hotel was chaotic, but I’m fairly sure I experienced a full escape room challenge before I even got inside. On arrival, I wasn’t able to check in and was left standing outside for a solid 15 minutes, which really gave me time to reflect on my life choices—and the weather. Eventually, I made it in, only to discover that the bedroom door latch didn’t actually lock. No problem though, because the solution involved the staff member calling her husband, who arrived armed with a drill and screwdriver like some sort of emergency DIY superhero. Nothing says “relaxing stay” quite like impromptu home repairs. The excitement didn’t stop there. The shower flooded, turning the bathroom into a paddling pool (sadly, no inflatable included). The bedside lamp wasn’t charged either, so mood lighting was replaced with “sit in the dark and think about things.” And finally, breakfast. You’re asked to pre-order using a form—very organised in theory—except for the minor detail that no pen is provided. I can only assume interpretive dance is an acceptable alternative. All in all, it was less “hotel stay” and more “unexpected adventure weekend.” Would I return? Only if I needed material for a comedy routine.

Stayed in a fabulous large loft conversion. The Tintagel Arms is in the town, so good access to the shops. Parking at the Arms was helpful too relieving the earlier stress of dealing with a no signal 'app only' in the town car park so another plus. Friendly hostess. Breakfast was great with a good range of classic full or light breakfasts according to taste. Good, easy to use shower. Clean linen. If we weren't moving on to St Ives we would have stayed longer. Recommended.

Bruce keeps this place immaculately clean, always welcoming with a large choi e for breakfast. Very convenient for staying as right in the middle of the village. Ourc4th time here and never disappoints. See you next year.
